When I entered the hotel with my family at midnight after a very long journey, we were greeted by two unsmiling and unhelpful receptionists at the reception, and the nigh**are began... They said that our room, which I had booked 1 month ago through trip com and paid for including breakfast, was not booked and had not even been paid for.
Even though we tried to show them our payment receipts and vouchers many times, they did not even want to look at them. Their careless and uncaring attitude was very bad.
In the end, I had to pay the fee again to get rid of the midnight nigh**are. Although I contacted Trip Com because they did not have an authorized manager, they could not help me until the next day's noon. When we went to breakfast, there was a fee problem again and finally they said they found your reservation now.
The shower taps in the room do not turn on. The rooms are old. I definitely recommend it. The two male receptionist staff were incredibly indifferent, but even if they tried to help us at night, I would still pay again... in short, they caused us to have a bad start to our Miami trip.

Our recent visit to the Holiday Inn Miami Beach Oceanfront was a mixed experience, with the location's convenience and affordability being its main draws. However, the saying "you get what you pay for" rang true in several aspects.
On the positive side, the housekeeping staff were commendable for their professionalism and consistency, ensuring our room was clean daily. Additionally, Dan, the tiki bar bartender, was a highlight with his exceptional service and friendliness.
Conversely, the hotel had several drawbacks. The front desk service lacked warmth and efficiency, failing to provide the welcoming a**osphere expected at a hotel's reception. Elevator access was limited, with only two available for all guests, resulting in long waits that inconvenienced our daily plans. The laundry facilities, while clean, required quarters without the hotel offering change, causing an additional hassle for those needing to use the machines. Moreover, the lobby was often crowded and noisy, primarily due to large tour groups, detracting from the overall ambiance and making it difficult to find a quiet space.
In summary, the Holiday Inn Miami Beach Oceanfront offers basic accommodations with a few notable positives like excellent housekeeping and a charming tiki bar. However, those seeking more than basic amenities may find it lacking.

I mainly like the low-key attitude and I think it should stay fly under the radar type of operation Everyone works hard staff is pleasant and professional does yoga classes with Shy and Mayers very much every day the staff especially Kira in the kitchen and the restaurant was wonderful to me I have stayed at the other resorts before I think they should keep it small and low-key don’t raise the prices and get jaded I’m a businessman and I know where the sweet spot is And the holiday and should stay unassuming

Would not stay again. Service was terrible. It took 3 hours and several trips to the front desk to get extra pillows because the king bed only had 2 small pillows. Check in was slow and the front desk staff was rude. There are 2 elevators for the entire property which are slow as well.

We enjoyed the food at the restaurant, nice people clean place , nice chatting with the staff especially with la chapina, we highly recommend the hotel , with all are friends and family!

All basics are there. Breakfast is expensive if you have picky eaters as it is per person.
The bathroom sink is not designed well and is right in front of toilet, so you cannot stand comfortably.
Otherwise very comfortable, clean sheets, good location from beach perspective, access to free trolley from city

The room was not in great shape (frayed carpet, stains on the couch) and the amenities were very basic. No wash cloth, only cheap dove toiletries in bulk. Good location however.
