房間很小，基本上除了床和一個小隔間衞浴就沒了。地點在一個小區裏，不太好找。當時有獨立衞浴也有空調，有熱水，床旁也有個小桌子，在南京這個地理位置，這個價格也就能找着這樣的了。不好的一點就是床單被罩啥的都是花色的，一看就是自己家買的那種，被子就是一個毛毯，我出門是不習慣睡這種的，因為是花色的，你也搞不清它到底洗沒洗，並且，我走的時候，老闆娘就把毯子抱走曬，大概率意味着她是不洗的，僅僅是曬了曬。我還是比較喜歡那種酒店的白色床單，被褥，枕頭。顯得衞生睡得能放心點。

由於當天行程變化，沒有入住，第二天聯繫老闆，他説可以入住，幫我安排了一間雙床房。房間乾淨整潔，無獨立衞生間。有大窗户，床上有涼蓆。

服務態度很一般，要求刷單，房間質量差，房間特別小有雜音，有異味，沒有浴巾牙刷什麼沐浴露洗頭的一次性用品，收費還高不如訂酒店，真心介意別來，來了就是被坑。
