I picked this location as I arrived from palermo via airport and needed to leave naples via train - its literally a 5 min walk away from the fast trains super accessible ! The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend the breakfast it was 6 euros more and so worth it! An italian breakfast is so amazing and they serve it well I looked forward to it every morning. Also a block away from a whole line if restaurants for dinner or lunch. Perfect location

Located about a 15-minute walk from Naples Central Station, it has excellent access to Metro Line 1. The rail access to Pompeii is also good. Breakfast is not awkward because of the high prices.

Great and clean hotel. Highly recommended. Glad that the hotel provides FREE private parking. Because u won't want to park outside or drive to the center, there is no car without a dent or scretch in Naples! XD There is a train station close to the hotel, and very cheap to central, eur 1.4. Don't worry it is not noisy at all inside of hotel. U can the local to help about buying and checking in the ticket, it is quite different from Asia or Holland. The only down side is that the last train back to hotel is 10 ish pm.... So u might need to take Uber back to hotel, it coasted us 22 eur.

Amazing views of the Bay of Pozzuoli and the Isle of Capri, comfortable rooms and incredible staff! We recently moved to Italy for my husband's job and we have been staying at this hotel while we search for a home. We enjoy the daily breakfast buffet which has a wide variety of choices such as pastries, meats, cheeses and eggs to a variety of coffees and juices. In the evening, we enjoy aperitivo time and then dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff is always friendly, kind and very accommodating. Restaurant staff such as Jennifer and Hugo greet us with kindness, professionalism and respect. They anticipate our needs before we even express to them what our needs are, and they always have a big smile on their faces when we enter. It feels good after a long day to be greeted by them! The Chef prepares fresh and delicious food, and we look forward to seeing what will be on the menu that evening as the menu changes daily. Lastly, the staff who service our room do an impeccable job! The hotel always shines, and they are also very accommodating to our needs. We will miss everyone greatly when we finally ”move” out into our new home. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay, and it is in a great location between Naples and downtown Pozzuoli.

Good morning , This hotel is well placed but unfortunately there is a problem with the air conditioners that are out of the ground I changed three rooms but in vain. The reception only one man and one woman made the effort to confirm anomaly but they have no solution. A receptionist to avoid his aggressiveness and speech at night left me a night with a summer climate in winter , last does not respond to trip.com requests that tried to find a heating solution in the middle of January and cried at me in should tell me ”I don't speak English” he advised me to see the climate police and whether I am sick or not it is not his problem ,and given the place of booking is no longer refundable so he had his account to me to accept such conditions that they are . As this receptionist is absent from the reception in the evening and speaks English since I arrived . So here I add this comment has already on Google in suggesting you choose better or an Airbnb has this price 80 euros , in Paris and Milan we are well served while Naples is cheaper .

Looking to do some sight-seeing in southern Italy near Napoli? Hotel Puntaquattroventi fit the bill perfectly. We were two families of four. We have four boys between us (ages 8 - 15). We were traveling to Napoli & to Pompeii so Ercolano was perfectly positioned in-between the two. Here are the highlights: - The Parking: Included and very accessible. I don’t recall there being a valet but it was steps from the front door in a gated lot. If you have a car, you just pull right in on arrival. - The Rooms: For a family of four, it was good because we could get two queen sized beds and a large bathroom with a balcony overlooking the ocean. One thing to note here: the rooms, as is the entire hotel, were a bit dated. I’d describe it as a very well kept 1980s Miami vibe. Ultimately, every thing was clean and comfortable. - The Pools: There are two salt water pools (one indoor and one out). The indoor pool is olympic sized. Also note the the facilities are used by the community. I think there is a local swim team that practices there but it was never a problem. It sort of added to the atmosphere because the place was all inclusive but you were still around locals. My kids are swimmers and it kept them amused our entire stay. - The Beach: The beach was steps from the outdoor pool. You have to walk down some stair, but it is passable. The beach is a quintessential Naopolitan beach. It’s rocky but they had ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. They even had a covered lanai to get out of the sun. (Both the pool and the beach are almost a must if you are doing a walking tour of Pompeii in July.) - The Food: The breakfast was a buffet and included in our room fee. It was both savory & sweet with pastry & cured meats. Fantastic. The restaurant was great for dinner. All dining areas are on outdoor balconies and have amazing waterfront views. There is also a full service snack bar by the pool that is reasonably priced. Truthfully, we stayed there for four nights and barely eat off the grounds during that time. - The Staff: Knowledgable & courteous (i.e. - They suffered through my very poor Italian but also spoke English when needed : ) - The Price: Considering all it included, it was very reasonable. Ultimately, I decided to write this review months later because I keep thinking back to how amazing it was. I’ve been to Italy several times both alone & to visit my Italian family. This was the perfect place to build in some R & R on a trip that was very busy. I would definitely go there again.

Still stayed for one night and I have to take the airport alibi early in the morning this b&b I strongly advise you. Located in a old palace with a portier and view on the Piazza Garibaldi just a few steps from the alibus stop and consequently from the central station, My spacious and clean room full of frigobar, cooler and safe box with good quality bedroom and a good bathroom of good size also provided with excellent fresh cut and fragrant hand towels. I haven't enjoyed breakfast included in the price because served after the time of my departure. Good clean parfum everywhere. very kind personal. I'll surely come back and advise to book without hesitation!

I stayed in the suite with the jacuzzi for one night. The room is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and it is clean overall. The staff is kind and friendly, and also the breakfast is good. The price was also good. I wish I could stay one night more. Possible improvements: you can easily hear any noise coming from the other rooms. Having soundproof walls would make it the perfect experience. Also, the walls around the jacuzzi could be cleaned better.
