The room facilities are complete and pleasant. Free yoga mats and foam shafts are provided. Morning and evening workouts can be played on the TV. Everything is related to the concept of fitness. However, the service of the restaurant electric lemon was really bad. When the breakfast was taken, the waiter gave the menu and left. No one came to ask for coffee or tea. After a few minutes to prepare the order, I couldn't find the waiter ... … Finally stopped a waiter passing by, I said I was ready to order, and she was still unhappy to ask me Are we in a rush? (Is it in a hurry?) This attitude and tone really made me doubt myself Not a five-star hotel.

The transportation is convenient, the surrounding environment is good, the room is slightly small, clean and comfortable, breakfast is considered self-help, the result is a single point downstairs, each room for 30 nights.

The location of the hotel is good. It is equipped with a coffee bar and a restaurant. It is very convenient. The front desk is very friendly. The room style is a bit industrial, which is very distinctive. The overall cost performance is good

We are at 12 o'clock to the store. I was told that the suite that had been booked and paid for the full amount was gone, downgraded to the standard room, and the front desk girl said that I posted two breakfasts. As a Ctrip card user, this is the first time. She said that the room was broken and needed to be repaired. I asked when I could change back to the suite. She explained that after waiting for someone to check out. When, don't know! Obviously it was over, our room was for others. She added that you will feel that the standard room is good, the sofa bed in the suite is not comfortable, and it is better for the child to squeeze with the adults. Our time difference problem is really too tired to think about theory. The next day, I contacted Ctrip, and the customer service paid great attention to it and handled it properly. thank you very much.

This hotel is in a convenient location, the front desk was efficient, and the lobby is reasonably nice. The elevators work well, require key cards (added security) and there were none of the delays encountered at similar properties. The 2 queen bed room was very cramped for two people (more than two would be impossible), and no storage space except for the small closet. I like to unpack my bag for multi-night stays but we had to live out of suitcases and there wasn't even anywhere to put them without blocking the walkway. Decor was dated, with dirty old carpet squares. Bathroom was spacious and clean but with a tiny sink jammed in the corner of the vanity. Beds were comfortable. Hallways were okay but smelled of disinfectant, which I suppose indicates they are clean. Breakfast, the Hampton Inn brand claim to fame, was unappealing and the hot food ran out quickly. The first morning we literally got the last pieces of toast and nothing else. There was no maid service until checkout. The price was moderate by Manhattan standards but not low enough to make these issues acceptable.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Madison Square Garden - about a 5-6 block walk. We were attending a concert and wanted to be able to easily walk to/from MSG. But the location also proved to be very advantageous for our other activities and sightseeing. We were able to walk to Union Square Greenmarket, Eataly, Strand Bookstore, Empire State Building, as well as dining/dessert. For attractions further away, we could get to a subway stop with a short 5-7 min walk. Room was more spacious than I was expecting for a Manhattan hotel room. Not much hanging closet space, but there was a six drawer dresser plus two nightstands. Comfortable king size bed, large flat screen TV, desk/chair and small ottoman for seating. Bathroom was good size with a large vanity and walk-in glass shower. My one complaint with the room was that there was no refrigerator/microwave - instead there was a money grab mini-bar which was not helpful for a multiple night stay. Hotel has a nice rooftop bar. Drinks were pricey (not unexpected), however the seating areas were pleasant and the view was lovely.
