The location is ideal,stright line to the french quarter and all the hot spots( 10. to 12 minutes walk). The rooms are speacious and have simple modern layout. There is Nespersso coffee machine with complmentary coffee, very much appriciated. The bathroom is also specious and clean, over all a very pleasant 3 night stay, highly recomend it to anyone.

This place is so nice and welcoming. The staff are kind and patient. We came down for Mardi Gras and this hotel was in walking distance of everything. I enjoyed how safe the hotel felt and the rooms aren't small. There's also a bar and restaurant connected to it. The drinks were absolutely great. Definitely want to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay. Parking was available across the street for a fee of course. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Toilet/shower was in tight quarters but manageable.

Housekeeping was behind. No rooms ready early . Had to wait and fight amongst the others checking in . Was never notified of room ready . Had to wait in line to check.
NO WATER !!!. Not free or for purchase. Said delivery truck didn't come when all convenience stores had them .

Not sure if our previous stay was beyond excellent because it was new-ish however, in a year things have taken a turn. Everyone was extremely nice, pleasant, accommodating last year. This year from the front desk to the housekeeping were extremely rude. The only two people who were a treat to talk to were the valet crew. Only one of the front desk was low level nice and that was only at very certain times- I understand things could get busy and stressful, but costumer service with attitude is not the key. We asked for a fridge since the “chiller” was not working and that became a whole issue of its own. We typically are okay with the chiller for medical reasons but when I mentioned it was not working, I was corrected on the name of the appliance and asked in a condescending manner if I needed a fridge. We visit NOLA every year and from our last visit to this year’s visit we are considering staying elsewhere for our upcoming trip.

I like that they took an older building and remodeled it into a hotel. I did not like that they were still remodeling on it during our stay.
