Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

Our group came to check-in at Dear Hotel! late at night, but the wife and Mrs. The owner still stayed waiting to welcome the group. The enthusiasm, sincere and hospitality of Anh Viet and the entire staff at My Dear! made me really happy and impressed. The receptionists must say that they are extremely gentle and cute. The factor of people I vote for My Dear! 10/10 and there is nothing to discuss. It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. Tough times for all hospitality in VN and globally this year. The team at the Ivy were super helpful with everything. From a quick check in to organizing a rental motorbike to booking the car to the airport. All first class. It is a new hotel and in great condition. I did not get tot use the pool, but it looks great. Room was immaculate and very functional. Highly recommended.
