We experienced it again after 9 years and although the spa remains the same, which is perfect, the quality of the buffet has been greatly reduced. I don’t understand, they serve Chinese themed dinners at a price of 30 Euros per person, but the quality is poor, and the rest of the products are very few. The Chinese buffet does not have the price of this hotel. If you want to eat that type of food, just Go to a Chinese restaurant. The first thing we missed was the ham slicer, all kinds of meat and fish, many desserts and Haagen-Dazs ice cream. Not this time. The food for the next day is almost in the same line, there are many different versions of vegetables, creams, salads, stews, tempura... but the rest of the food is very scarce. My feeling is that the hot spring is worth it, but the buffet is not worth it.

We were two adults and two children. The hotel seems more like a 3 star than a 4. The size of the room is good, the mattresses must be quite old because when you sit down they sink quite a bit and when you lie down you move the other person, I think the mattress had like a mattress cover on it. what I could touch. The terrace of the room was very good with beautiful views of the pool. The light in the bathroom was a little insufficient, the countertop was surrounded like a glass the 6 days we were there. The bathtub made me quite sick, the whirlpool thing didn't work. Needless to say, the bathroom was not even reviewed in 6 days. The air conditioning cooled just enough. The hotel staff is very nice. In the restaurant almost every day it was a little difficult to find a table, since they had two rooms but not both were always working, only one. There were times when it was difficult to find one for the high chairs. The pool area and children's entertainment were good, the characters were in the dining room, which the children liked. In general everything was good, especially for the children who enjoyed it the most.

We booked a weekend of almonds for a weekend, coming on Friday, and coming out on Sunday. A lobby apartment with a sofa bed and a couple of beds, microwaves above the refrigerator, a terrible smell, a real whistle. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. We were very happy to find a good hotel, and we were very happy to find a good hotel. The next day we go to the office. The fee for late arrival of EUR 20 (from 22 to charge for picking the keys, we arrived to and 5) was irrefundable, but to the other couple it was returned. The superintendent (blond pregnant woman) has received a bad treatment in front of us that we had been in a superior apartment than the one contracted for being in front line, when it was a chair. Don't return or recommend.
