I originally wanted to stay at the Sheraton, but I got choked by a certain pig's magic operation. When I came back, Ctrip changed it to the Yamato on the back of the Sheraton. It was an unexpectedly great hotel. It was located across the road from Kintetsu Uehommachi Station. There was also the Subway Tanimachi 9-chome Station next to it, and there were buses at the door. The station has convenient transportation. Just get off the Kansai Airport Bus Line 7 Sheraton and walk there. The room is small but well-equipped. It is cleaned every day by default. New towels, bathrobes, drinking water, etc. are provided for those who do not need to be cleaned. There is a self-service laundry room on the 7th floor. The front desk is on the second floor. The boys and girls are very friendly and speak English. Communication is barrier-free, just return the card at the check-out self-service machine. There is Kintetsu Department Store nearby, and the fresh food supermarket on the ground floor is great. There is an AEON behind the butcher shop, where many locals buy things. Downstairs there are two drugstores, two convenience stores, a coffee shop that sells good donuts, a Marugame Noodle shop that sells good handmade udon, and I haven’t been to Yoshinoya, so you don’t have to eat Santoyo noodles to get good reviews. The noodles are huge, unpalatable and twice as expensive as Marugame

The location is perfect for enjoying the city and also for catching a metro/train to other areas to explore. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good enough - but to stop serving at 9:30 am on a Sunday, does seem odd. The rooms are clean and well maintained and everything was satisfactory. Thanks to the team for helping me find my iPad, much appreciated.

Not very close to train station but walkable distance. Couldn’t really open our luggage due to the limited space, but the price are low, so you get what you paid. Umbrella provided👍🏻 There’s a coin-operated dry machine provided, but it’s seems not working as we add money for longer time, however, the machine couldn’t get 6 clothes dry for 2 hours, so it’s a waste of money and time for that. Overall it’s above average, if you’re looking for a place “just for sleep” then it’s not a bad choice.

Nothing special but also nothing bad for the hotel. Is within walking distance to Kintetsu Uehommachi station, airport limousine to Kansai airport and direct public bus to Osaka castle and Osaka station. Also within 2 stops to Namba, Nipponbashi and. Dotonbori. Great place if rely heavy on public transport.

This hotel is very close to Kintetsu Department Store. If you want to live near Kintetsu, you can choose. But I leave the hotel at 5 am to catch the airport bus. Since the door of the hotel is closed, I took a lot of luggage to find people. I met the kitchen staff and took me through the back door to leave. I was very embarrassed and lost things. The front desk was not on duty at all. Because of this, this hotel will not choose again.
