We quickly toured the city, we made 3 day trips, Mostar and the Kravuce Falls in Bosnia-Herzegovina, cruise to the Elaphiti Islands, and finally Kotor in Monte*****. 1 tip, when you arrive at the airport for exchange, add a small amount to pay for the bus that takes you to Dubrovnik. Negative: The offered services do not reach a 4-star hotel or prices shown; I booked a ”king deluxe” room at 24000 DA per night for the room with breakfast, there was no bath or shoes outlet, No fresh drink in the refrigerator; just 2 small bottles of fresh water on the table, extra spa access at the price of 4000DA for only 1 hour, one took dinner once it was tasteless, unsaisoned salad, Fades dishes, small portions with an overpriced price, the second restaurant of the hotel on the cornish Eastern speciality ”the master Kebab” is dirty with the dust that pulls in the entrance, the servers of the latter have a bizarre behavior with their Visual friends who without reason occupy the tables of the restaurant ... Fortunately just coated there is a good restaurant ”Totine Star” with excellent price quality ratio.

Hotel is so nice. There was only a problem with the reservation.

On a positive note, the view from the sea-facing rooms is absolutely gorgeous and the private balconies are a great place to relax. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, however signs of age and lack of maintenance are starting to show. Whilst some staff are friendly and courteous, the majority behave more like civil servants than people in the hospitality industry. “The customer comes first” is definitely missing in their training manuals. Instead, one is made to feel that compliance to their rules is more important. I asked room service for an iron and was told no irons were provided because I “had to use the hotel laundry service”. My colleagues and I were told off by the security guard at the door for bringing bottled water into the hotel because “we had to purchase it in-house”. I waited over 20 minutes after a very long journey for someone to show up at the front desk and check me into my room. My check-in was interrupted twice by other guests requesting their room keys to be reprogrammed and instead of asking them to wait or refer them to a colleague, I was left hanging. The hotel is regularly used for ministerial meetings and visits, and the customer service declines even further as staff rush to cater to government officials and their entourages instead of their guests.

The hotel is about half an hour's drive from the city. But the hotel is good, located on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, you can walk to the beach through the hotel lawn. The hotel facilities are very good and the service is good. recommend.
