We (a family of four) stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling from Nice to Geneva. I was looking for a hotel near the Serravalle Outlet and this hotel was just few minutes away, Overall, I was pleasantly surprised! It is a small hotel in a small town, but I found the hotel staff to be exceptionally accommodating and eager to be good hosts. The lady at the reception desk stayed more than an hour past the stated check-in hour to be there when we arrived; the lady at the breakfast went through each of the items (locally made) and was happy to make custom omelettes. I would say they were the best hotel staff among all the hotels on this 2-week long trip!

In the past doesn't mean vetutes... But let's say that it's not serious ... Lounge spaces in the park without a coat where it's impossible to sit ... But let's say that it's not serious ... At 18h15 in summer, You are told that the pool is closed while on the photos you see a snack served at sunset ... But let's say that it's not serious ... Even not a bottle of water in the room ... 45 minutes to have a coffee in the morning breakfast ... But ... That Does much ... The staff is afraid! So say 4 stars ... This is a shame ! If there was at least a smile ... If at least they realized ... They could just say they're sorry but nothing ... The reception, the person at the pool, the breakfast service ... I think I never seen this! Stopped for one night, in the evening and in the morning were at the autlet. 7 to 10 European breakfast with luxurious giant cruisers and delicious doughnuts. Things were folded in the luggage room in the morning and shopping. In advance called a taxi and all had time. Unfortunately, it was late to assess the availability of the pool.
