Very satisfied, an old hotel worthy of recognition! Alpurco’s tourist attractions in the 1960s were already unfamiliar to foreigners. After booking a hotel, I felt even more uneasy after reading online reviews. I insisted on visiting based on my impressions from more than 50 years ago. I was really worried that I had chosen the wrong place and hotel! We have been here for thirteen days and have not seen a single Chinese! The hotel stated that it was opened in 1984, which is indeed long enough. The front desk of the hotel arranged a room on the 25th floor. Standing on the balcony, I suddenly felt that I came to the right place and chose the right hotel! Excellent location, beautiful appearance, and thoughtful design reflect the luxury of more than 40 years ago! Although the decoration level is decades ago, the space is spacious, the cabinets are large enough, hot water is available all day, the lights are bright, the electricity is sufficient, the air conditioner is easy to use, and the Internet is smooth. Although it is not luxurious, it is very practical. What's even more amazing is that the service attitude is very good. From the front desk to the dining room, from the floor to the swimming pool, the employees are very kind and enthusiastic. Although they don't understand Chinese, they all try their best to help us solve the problem and come back every day Cleaning up the clean and bright room, I feel sincerely satisfied! Although Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy. The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner. All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

Excellent location on a street of the beach. It was always very clean. Heat water and air conditioning never missed. It was a good experience with the indispensable for our trip.

Hay huéspedes que no respeta reglas, apartan mesas, camastros, palapas y sillas por todo el día. Se meten a la alberca con playera, salen mojados al elevador, a la recepción, se sirven comida en exceso y no se la comen. En mi habitación la puerta del baño rechinaba demasiado. La puerta a las escaleras también hace mucho ruido y mi habitación estaba al lado de esa puerta. Al hacer mi reserva pide no cerca del elevador y me asignaron saliendo del elevador.
