I made a list of pros and cons .horrible smell coming from air conditioning .on a main road in an industrial estate, however the transport to city is good and a short walk to metro stations. .most of the staff are lovely and speak English. .beds are so comfortable and room is clean and quiet if the window is closed. .bathroom needs an upgrade and there was no hot water. Bring your own toiletries as non are provided. .No kettle in room but has a fridge ?! . Has a pool. .breakfast was continental but doesn't meet the price, wouldn't recommend. The hotel is making improvements, it appears they were hit hard by the pandemic and only just starting to bounce back. If you like walking and need somewhere to rest your head after a long day then this hotel would be perfect for you.

During our stay in hotel Ciscar we suffered from a not working aircondition on 11 and 12 august 2023. This was a serious problem as it was very hot in the rooms (could not sleep). In the morning we filed a complaint at the reception and we were offered a free breakfast. However, this was already included in the price of our room (and so was the airconditioning!). Result: no compensation, no communication (after several emails)!! Bad experience!

Very clean and a great value. 15 min walk from subway. Not a lot of food options around the hotel. The breakfast offered by the hotel was good though. One disappoin**ent was the pool was not open until June.

Nice, clean hotel on outskirts of Valencia. Gated parking available. Restaurant at the hotel can get noisy, if your room is above. Friendly staff. In a warehouse area, but is quiet.

The adapted room was very spacious and very comfortable. Cleaning very well. The common areas are very well maintained. At reception they resolved all our doubts and concerns. We will return in summer to enjoy the garden and pool with a good coffee from the cafeteria.

Trip promoted by Social Tourism Imserso. It has been very disappointing in terms of lunch and dinner. Very low quality products. Scarce, repetitive and poorly prepared buffet. Poor dining room service due to lack of staff and occasionally unfriendly due to accumulation of tasks. Our room 111 was fine. Good and correct cleaning.
