The attitude is very enthusiastic and the facilities are four-star standard. It's a bit far from the city center. The key is the meal, which is great. The baked snacks for breakfast are unforgettable. They are not oily or sweet, but they are particularly fragrant. For dinner, I ordered a roast pork knee with plum sauce (a small amount, only half a pork knee, not a large portion like Germany), and I even licked the plate. I ordered a pumpkin leek soup for my mother. She has a bad appetite and feels comfortable after eating it.

Already the check-in was designed as Christmas and New Year together. You don't need to take care of your car, nor of the baggage. Car is brought to a check-in place, the baggage in your room. In addition, we received a glass of champagne for refreshment at the reception. The room: actually much too bad for just one night. We had made a garden suite, the look at the green was phenomenal. We got another bottle of Prosecco in the room, I think that's standard right there. Important message: But if you don't get Prosecco, that's absolutely no criticism. The staff around the hotel is incredibly friendly and attentive, the room is extremely tasteful, you feel right there as in the seventh sky. That the whole has its price, of course, is natural, but each euro was worth this night. I suggest a little precaution, however: if you copy the hotel's address and enter on Google Maps, you will be misled. The staff have noticed this, but there is a change in this, but I am convinced that this is not so fast to be remedied. 40 kilometers where otherwise is not without, as I said, the hotel can not do anything for it, the guilt lies here with the Internet giants. In summary, with breakfast (buffet is sensational, it is a local staff who advises you and helps you) this is an hotel where three or four days of holiday brings a relaxation you will not get anywhere else. Right next to the reception, and directly below some of the apartments there is a restaurant that has live events on Saturday evenings with loud music, DJ with microphone and people dancing, cheering, clapping etc (basically like in a club/disco). We had the bedroom directly above this restaurant so we could hear everything and feel the vibrations when we put the head on the pillow. There is no reception after 7 PM but they have an emergency number that we contacted on WhatsApp to sort this out. The hotel declined all responsibility and said they can't do anything, and when I asked why they rented directly above the restaurant/disco they were rood and condescending. The party in the restaurant kept going till 3 AM when it ended up with a fight between customers right outside, below our window and next to the parking spaces for the hotel guests! When checking out we complained about the parties and the attitude of the person responding to the emergency numbers, and it turns out that they knew about the parties, and they described it as some noise and it would be a little later in the evening. There was nothing they could do except apologize, but I wonder why didn't they make any complaints for the noise to the police to ensure the comfort of their customers or at least contact the restaurant to stop at a decent hour (especially since this is a restaurant they are recommending when you check-in and on the information in the room). Surely there were solutions so that we could have been able to sleep in the room we paid to sleep in, but apparently they did not care.

Due to my stupid mistake, we booked the wrong week to the hotel next door...that's when Mr. Anthonio at the front desk came through like a knight in shining armor. THANK YOU FOR SAVING OUR TRIP!!! The breakfast was decent, and better than we expected, more than ample choices. The room was tidy and clean, close to all the main attractions (all about 10 minutes walking distance). Mostly importantly, this hotel has a lift, a must if you have large luggages. THANK YOU!
