Tucao about the service attitude of a slightly fat man at the front desk of this hotel. The room has no hair dryer, the refrigerator is not cooling, call the room to report, the new hair dryer is sent very fast, but it is a bad, the hot air more than five seconds The air duct is deformed by heat and emits the smell of plastic burning. Call the front desk, continue to give feedback, after almost half an hour, still did not change, take the deformed hair dryer to the front desk, the fat male front desk said Will change a new one, I motioned to leave, see that he did not have any other inquiries, ask Do you know my room number? Sorry sir, could you please tell me your room number? Look at him and write it down, I went back to the room and soon changed it to be available But the refrigerator was not changed from day one to day seven! The breakfast order in the buffet area is 99sar. The waiter in the dining area is generally very good. It will be a la carte meal for the delivery. It is very full. The public area is quite complete, six small conference rooms, a large conference room, but once there is a company meeting there during the period, the room price will increase a lot, pay attention to the price comparison! To be honest, the price is low, the public area is not large, but the price is more expensive than Marriott. If you don’t care about the distance, another intercity not far away is more recommended. The whole will be better, but his swimming pool is on the roof. There is no obstruction, which is less.

The hotel is very nice and it has a lot of facilities. The staff are very welcoming and are always ready to assist guests. My hotel room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean and I am glad it came with a bath! The resting area where the swimming pool was, was a very relaxing area. The only negativity I would hold is that the wifi is not very reliable and it always cuts out. I had a business meeting in my hotel room. I was able to complete it but with difficulty. Luckily I had topped my phone up with data, so I was able to use that. The breakfasts are mediocre as the cuisine primarily caters Arabic cuisine and western choices are very scant. The food was nice enough though. Thank you very much once again for everything.

A beautiful hotel in which I spent three nights of the most beautiful hotels I lived in, the speed of responding to requests, the Wi-Fi service, the breakfast restaurant, the price is very good, I advised the hotel manager and the staff to be very kind.

The breakfast is poor, the room is relatively new, and it is convenient to travel. The windows of the room are very small, and there is a parking lot. It is not suitable for bringing children (the temperature in the room is too low and we have to add electric heating if it is cold). Explain to the front desk that you can check out late.

Riyadh is so big that it is impossibile to talk about a good location as it depends on where you want to go and what you want to see. This hotel was up to par to what was advertised. Parking garage with direct access to the lobby, nice clean rooms, quiet, a generous breakfast, comfy beds, nice shower. I would stay there again

Thank you to Shakib in MeNa restaurant for taking such good care of us after we arrived late after a tiring full day of city tour for dinner at 10pm. He fed us thoroughly with hot fare, and ensured that we left full and satisfied, then made us laugh some more about his stories of working in Jeddah and moving from Bangladesh.
