The hotel is close to the highway. If desired, the porter at the entrance will help with modern check-in. The rooms are friendly and clean. The breakfast room was a bit bare, but there was a good breakfast. It is a bit far to the center of Bellinzona, but there is a nice walk along the river.

Although the size is not very large, it is comfortable to live with air conditioning, we go to the summer, it is a bit comfortable, the shower in the bathroom is strong and the temperature of the warm water is well controlled. If you want to buy things at the train station, there is Coop, which is open 6-22 a.m. It's easy to walk to find food. Overall, I really like the location here.

Hotel La Tureta is an excellent hotel. Room very comfortable with a very cosy bed. Bathroom was big enough for us. Everything perfectly clean. Good variety of products at breakfast. It's located a few minutes south of central Bellenzona, we quickly became very familiar with the #$1 and #3 busses. Staff was helpful and knowledgable. One thing we particularly liked was that we had advised the hotel that we appreciate gluten free options at breakfast; when we checked in the front desk person acknowledged our need for gluten free breakfast and indicated where the GF items are on the breakfast table. Well done! Would surely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Unione. The Hotel is right in the centre of Bellinzona 5-10 minutes from the railway station and right next to one of the castles. The Hotel itself was very nice. Pretty sure it had been recently renovated as the room was very clean and well decorated. Not massive, but plenty of space. It was equipped with a Safe, a mini fridge, a coffee machine and a hair dryer. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. The air conditioning was excellent. I didn’t eat in the restaurant, but I did have breakfast. Not a massive choice but plenty to choose from and it all tasted good. The staff were very nice. I arrived well before check in time and it was no problem to leave my bag until later. Overall, very happy and consider it was quite good value.
