Very nice family hotel. We stayed in a room on the first floor. Very nice personnel and very nice breakfast. It was quiet. The room was spacious. Very nice big walk-in shower. Maybe a handlebar grab would be safer. To get to the hotel you need to turn into a cuve on the road.nit requires a bit of attention. Surely recommended

B&B Trento was an excellent stay! The staff were SO friendly and helpful, and they accommodated our late check in with automatic check in (which was quick and easy, exactly what we needed after 32 hours of travel!). The room is simple and has everything you need (shampoo/body wash, towels, a safe) and they have additional toiletry items for sale downstairs if you forget any! My only “4 star” is the location - it is a beautiful setting right next to a mountain and extremely convenient if you have a car! If you don’t have a car, the bus line to and from the city center stops at 7pm so you will have to take a taxi (or the bus during the day). We highly recommend staying here. It was our first stop in Italy and our first trip to Europe, and the staff was just incredibly kind to us and helpful when we had questions.

The hotel is in a scenic spot with a beautiful view of the mountains. To the hotel climb the serpantin. Living at the end of March, there was no snow anymore, only on the slopes where skiers and snowboarders ski. Staff polite, settled fast, there is a parking lot. The room is spacious, clean, there are towels for showers and swimming pool separately, breakfast is a Swedish table. The only minus, it was quite cool, the air conditioner for heat could be set at a maximum of +18. After the call to the respiratory set up on +25, but after some time again the maximum was only +18

We were attempting to get back to our hotel by using a web based mapping tool. It kept telling us to turn right, even when there was no option to do so. My mum is in a wheelchair, neither of us are spring chickens. After overheating and becoming more and more lost we decided to go to the Hoody hotel to ask if they would call us a cab. Isia greeted us with a friendly smile and could instantly tell that we were dehydrated. He gave us both water and a place to rest. He allowed us to use the restroom facilities and whilst I was in there, he got a map and showed mum where we were and the route we needed to get back to our hotel. Unfortunately there were no cabs available but with his careful guide we were able to follow the map and arrived safely back to our destination. He even gave us the phone number for his hotel and said if we were to get lost again to call him and he would direct us to the the best of his ability- Talk about going above and beyond. A real angel that helped 2 ladies in distress. He is the very blueprint of what front of house staff should be like. We just spent a weekend in the Garda Lake framework and stayed at this hotel, booking it via a Welfare voucher, the treatment provided for night stay and breakfast. The room was very wide, with a balcony, a fridge and a safe, clean towels and towels. The only sin is the absence of a window in the bathroom or a air conditioning facility, especially in my view to not underestimate. Breakfast is international, you can find eggs, bacon, cheese, brown bread, cornettes, brioches, yoghurt and marmelade of all kinds. My advice is to use local products, starting from fruit juices. In Trentino there are so many natural juices (typical of apple), why use the juices of ultra-industrial machines and full of artificial sugar? I think it would be useful to start cooperation with local producers and to promote the product of the territory, but, in addition to this, breakfast is very different. The pool is really relaxing, with the possibility of enjoying a cocktail on a bath after a day of intense walks. The hotel is located just a short distance from the tourist points, such as Tenno, Arco, Riva del Garda and has a large free parking with electric gate that closes at 23 every night (only use a code to enter and exit). I absolutely advise this facility for your holidays on the Garda!

The room we chose is very comfortable, with a large bathroom. The equipment is more than sufficient x type: complete towel sets, soaps with dosers both in the washroom and in the shower. Free in operation but empty: Cool and hot drinks are available in corridors at absolute prices in the standard. We also took the place in the garage, which is very comfortable because it is not easy to park in Trento. Extremely recommended x short or medium-long stays. Just under the bar, restaurants and other rooms both day and night. Perfect soundproofing, but the neighborhood is still very quiet. Distance from the center 700m. We will return.
