Best Hotels in Sao Vicente

The hotel is very comfortable, quiet, clean and modern! There is a very good shower, good bed, clean room and impeccable breakfast. Near the market, super accessible and unfair service, in the main place for Leandro, from the night reception!

We are here as I write. We are enjoying our stay so much that I even asked VITOR PEREIRA, manager, how else (besides Trip Advisor) I could acknowledge the great service, their attention and kindness, and their prompt reply to every request we made. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Particularly, Vitor and Matheus (from the reception) have been exceptionally kind. We were going to stay one night and decided to make it three. The room is large, clean, and comfortable. The towels are super new. The pool is amazing. And the location is perfect.

It was very practical to make the reservation, which in this case was for the same day. At the reception, it took time to identify my volcher, which created a certain embarrassment. But as soon as they were able to identify I was super well treated. I had already stayed there other times. And I like when discounts appear, being able to stay in a place with the resources I need for a fair price.

It was perfect. Attendance note 1000, breakfast very capricious and rich in varieties of fruits, breads, milk, coffees, cold cuts ... etc .. perfect cleaning, perfect accommodation, air conditioning in perfect condition, bathroom also perfect. I just miss the pool, because it was closed, but I could use the pool in the building next door, which did not have the same conditions as the Hotel, but all attentive tbm..super mega recommend !! Gratitude for the indication on the website.

We have stayed at Comfort Santos for about 1 month, from April to May, waiting to board our vessel, so we’d like to thank for all the good services which were duly provided during our staying at the hotel. They have excellent procedures regarding the protection against Covid-19, thus we felt very safe and comfortable during our time over there. The staff is outstanding, very polite and helpful in any means I could possibly say, however, we’d like to highlight our newest Brazilian Friend - Mr Winner - for all the care, patience, awesome spoken english and kindness he had with us. Eu e meus colegas fazemos parte do ramo Hoteleiro e sabemos a importancia de alguns fatores para uma hospedagem agradavel ou minimamente decente. Nossas espectativas não eram tão altas, apesar do valor de mais de R$700 da diaria, sabemos que muitas vezes pela correria da alta ocupação, pode-se deixar passar alguns detalhes minimos, porém alguns deles realmente fazem a diferença. O check-in na recepção é lento, não nos dão ficha para assinatura e sequer anotam a placa do nosso carro, além do fato de cobrarem R$60 por dia no estacionamento, que convenhamos pelo valor da hospedagem deveria estar incluso. Ao chegar no quarto logo nos deparamos com um movel muito antigo com 2 colchões de solteiro sem lençol, travesseiros e toalhas de banho no quarto. Isso só piora quando olhamos o quarto de casal que apesar da cama ser arrumada e confortavel, o berço (que não solicitamos a montagem) estava com um pano de chão sujo e fedido. O banheiro por si só nos chocou pelo fato de estar completamento sujo de areia e com cabelos no BOX do chuveiro. Mas sem duvida o que mais chamou ateção foi o fato de não recebermos o feedback (Positivo ou Negativo) da recepção, quando solicitamos a troca de apartamento. Outro fator negativo é o fato de o enxoval ser antigo e ainda mais com a logo da empresa antiga, o aparamento estava sujo e com diversas sujeiras da hospedagens anteriores, como petalas artificas embaixo da cama, sujeira de salgdinho e afins na varanda. O serviço de praia é lento, demora mais de 1h30 para a entrega de uma simples porção de fritas, além de ser limitado o numero de cadeiras e numero de guarda sol por apartamento, os funcionarios que ficam na parte da praia poderiam ser minimamente educados para trabalhar com o publico, visto que até nisso deixaram a desejar... Os unicos ponttos positivos ou rasoaveis da hospedagem por completo, foi a area da pscina e da sauna, e o café da manhã. Que honestamente nem se destacam positivamente. Infelizmente não se torna uma opção para o ano quem vem quando retornarmos para Guarujá a passeio.

I spent only one night because I went to visit the homogeneous look that is very close. The breakfast is good and varied, but I did not see natural juice or detox. The hotel has a comfortable bed that doesn't make noise when moving. Very frequented by workers with their uniforms, some already with their bags eating fast in the morning.

Very good, amazing experience, we love every second. The hotel is almost in front of the beach and shopping is below. Very friendly staff. There is no problem with check-in and check-out. Very delicious breakfast, afternoon tea and delicious free broth festival, I recommend to everyone.

Clean hotel ,very well located (in the centre of Santos) a quarter of the beach of Gonzaga,for pedestrians very easy access; shopping, shops and places to eat in the street of the hotel. Breakfast is good (payment part) Third-priced parking, however, fair price and is worth 24 hours, i.e. vc can check out and continue with car parked there. Negative points:Small room without freezer but very clean,a very small coffee restaurant,which causes some congestion.

Basic couple room 06 January 2020 with special promotion for mobile phone. Positive points : - Simpath staff care. - Parking with manobrist and quick vacation in front of the hotel. - Recent elevator. - Common area on 7th floor with a beautiful view of the beach. - Simple breakfast but well served with cold and hot drinks, cakes, bread, fruit and other accompagnements such as butter, jelly etc ... Strict the belts: Wifi only at the reception that has no place to sit. In common areas we have the impression of being on the walking dead. A bunker closed with dark or painted windows. A TV cable appearing and poorly fixed by all the walls. The elevator camera with wire fitted. The finish of the walls and floors. Room in the same style with a chloro-odore, when we open the door, it seems that insects will run away. Be careful not to shake your feet in a china if you have the courage to walk down. If you open the gardens, you breathe kilos of acaros and you face the neighbor of the other building. We had to take anti-allergic drugs. In the bathroom, the old mirror is so low that we have to sting. The shower is exotic, the hot water tower has a kind of stick from the shower column that pins without stop, and when we open, it makes a noise q looks q will crash in our head.
