The room was spacious and generally clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. I was staying overnight for a connecting flight and was woken up by people talking loudly in the hallway. It's possible they were just very loud, though. The room had a window, but it faced the bathroom – luckily, there was a curtain to block it out. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but when I tried to call the number they gave me from the airport, it was constantly busy, so I ended up taking a taxi myself. The drop-off service to the airport, however, was perfectly fine; I took the hotel's car.

We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful.
However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests.
Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free.

Nice and clean hotel. Just that the location not so convenient, taxi cant stop infront of the hotel lobby, hv to stop at the roadside near main entrance. Thank to Ms. Yang who help us with the luggage from the road side till send up to room, and send my parcels to room also. She is friendly and helpful.

This hotel has some strong positives, but one critical negative ruined my stay.
The Good: The breakfast is fantastic—delicious and high quality. Also, the floor manager who assisted me on my second night was professional and empathetic, doing everything in his power to find a solution.
The Bad: The air conditioning on the 8th floor is broken. It was fixed at 28°C in heating mode for my entire stay from Nov 25-27. This made the room unlivably hot, and despite the staff's best efforts (they provided a fan and tried to find another room), I endured two very uncomfortable nights.
Until the hotel fixes the central AC system on that floor, I would be cautious about staying here.

The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay.
There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB.
I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. Thank you for your warm hospitality!

Service: The front desk staff, possibly named Lancy, was very helpful. She assisted with an early check-in, allowing us to access the room right away when we arrived around 10 a.m. and also can late check-out around 2 pn. Although the room normally doesn’t have a refrigerator, we requested one and it was delivered to our room promptly.
Room: The room was clean and more spacious than expected, with two seating areas and the double-layer blackout curtains. There was also an iron and ironing board, and the soundproofing was good. However, the room lighting was warm-toned (orange), and the bathroom did not have a bidet spray.
Location: The hotel is not far from the airport. There aren’t many restaurants around the hotel just a few restaurants nearby but still have a coffee shop, a bakery, a local convenience store. The metro station is about a 7–10 minute walk away, and around the metro there are more dining options since it’s located in a shopping mall that also has a supermarket and a small playground for children. Didi cars can be called right in front of the hotel.
Breakfast: The room rate included breakfast, which was decent. There were noodles, salad, porridge, and a small selection of bread, as well as a free coffee with coffee machine. Bottle of water is available at the front desk. However, the quality of the hotel’s food (i ordered for dinner) was not very good. It’s tasted like a frozen food.

Thank you very much to the owner of the B&B. First, the space is large and the environment is very quiet. The owner will respond to any request. As long as you ask, the owner will arrange it for you. Second, breakfast for 2 days was provided. 5 people. Very satisfied. I went to Disney, and the pick-up and drop-off arranged for the next day was also implemented. Before leaving, my watch was left in the room, and the owner found it for me in time and mailed it to my home by SF Express. I will still book this store next time I go to Shanghai. I forgot to take a photo of the room. It is similar to the one posted on the official website. This price and this service are worth it.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's environment is spotless, elegant, and the facilities are complete and high-quality, making for a truly comfortable experience. The staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay, from check-in to explaining all the details; they were quick to respond to any needs, thoughtful and professional. The entrance is a little far back, so at first I wondered if I was in the right place, but as I got closer I saw the hotel lit up 🏨✨
They gave me a ride to Disney 🐭🏰🤍
All the staff were very kind 🥰✨
Basically we communicated via WeChat, so it was smooth and there were no language issues!
They also provided free breakfast, and we had porridge and bread 🥐☀️

If you book the family room, the kids will really love it. But even if you choose a standard room, the playground downstairs is excellent for children. There are drawing/colouring activities, and the breakfast is great — the kids will really enjoy it.

Each room has a large bathtub. The children like it very much. The only suggestion is that the boss open the windows after cleaning. As soon as you push the door in, there is a big decoration smell, just open the window for a while. In addition, the boss personally picks up Disney to play, just send a message on WeChat in advance, and the attitude is also very good.

MmoisellaWe stayed at this hidden gem of a guesthouse for our Disney trip, and I have to commend them on the incredibly clean bedding and bathroom! The property is quite large, with four buildings, a swimming pool, and a small garden. The design aesthetic is definitely on point, and it's clear they've made an effort to be kid-friendly everywhere. The backyard boasts a huge playground with swings and slides, and parents can relax under a century-old osmanthus tree, enjoying a complimentary freshly ground Starbucks coffee – it's just wonderful! The front desk area also has a children's reading corner and an indoor play area. The staff were super friendly to the kids and even helped with our luggage. The self-service breakfast was also excellent. Our kids didn't want to leave, so we ended up extending our stay by two more days! They also offer a shuttle service to and from Disney, which was incredibly thoughtful.

LLuluyoThe Toy Story Hotel where I stayed on the first day of Disney, the price of more than 1,000 was very aggrieved, because the room was too small and the window could not be opened, which was too inconvenient for smoking patients. The next day I chose this homestay not far from Disney and with a pick-up service. The boss was very good and helped us carry the boxes. The room is quite big on the first floor, it is very convenient to get in and out, the door is a large swimming pool and leisure tables and chairs, there is a pool in the room, children especially like it! I also opened a homestay in Chongqing. I am more picky about the living environment. This price is really high. It is recommended to stay!

GGuest UserI'm not sure how old this hotel is, but its interior certainly doesn't measure up to the Huangting Garden on Huadong Road. There's a good reason why this hotel is cheaper than the Holiday Inn next door. The main issue lies with the bathrooms; I had to switch rooms twice, and in both rooms, the toilets had a very unpleasant odor. The shower facilities were also old and visibly dirty. Furthermore, as someone sensitive to rhinitis, my symptoms flared up by the third day, which clearly indicates a significant dust problem. The hotel staff were quite helpful and did their best to accommodate my requests, but unfortunately, the hotel's physical facilities are simply subpar.

It's very close to the Disney Resort. The boss will pick you up and drop you off. Just make an appointment in advance. Our room is not big and the bathroom is very clean.
The B&B is in a village with a beautiful environment.
There are cats in the B&B, a particularly cute brown and blue cat, which the children love very much.

GGuest UserThe hotel room has a large window and you can see the pool downstairs. The little beauty provides great service. The whole homestay is very interesting in the evening. It is convenient to hang clothes, park and take a taxi. Because it is relatively remote, it is more suitable for people with cars. There are many restaurants and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk from the B&B. It’s just remote and the area nearby is a bit desolate. I guess it's better during peak season. There is no elevator, so people with poor mobility may need to consider this. Breakfast is simple.
