I stayed at this hotel first time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from perfect. The rooms were poorly maintained - on several occasions, I was given rooms with peeling walls and visibly dirty bed headboards. While I could overlook the walls, stained headboards are simply unacceptable for a hotel.
To their credit, the hotel eventually upgraded my room after three complaints, but it shouldn’t take so many requests to get a clean, presentable space.
The lobby (first floor) is stunning, with complimentary drinks and an elegant atmosphere. It set high expectations, but the rooms didn’t match - they felt neglected in comparison.
I hope management pays more attention to room upkeep.

Facilities: You can always trust a Hyatt brand, and this one is no exception, with every amenity you could ask for. The robots were incredibly busy, haha!
Hygiene: The cleaning staff did a very thorough job; every nook and cranny was spotless.
Environment: It's right next to the Hyatt Wujiaochang, truly in the heart of Yangpu District.
Service: Perfect! I even took a picture of Coco's name tag – she deserves a bonus from the manager 🍗. Given its location in Shanghai, the service and facilities here offer incredible value for money.

Meiyi Hotel Wujiaochang (Fudan Management School Branch) in Shanghai is absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable, right near the metro station and conveniently situated next to shopping malls and universities. Our room featured panoramic windows, smart controls, a truly comfortable mattress, and the bathroom details were excellent. The staff provided incredibly warm and welcoming service, and the 24-hour book bar and gym were practical and much-appreciated amenities. We'll definitely be choosing this hotel again for our next visit!

My friends and I stayed at an Atour and Atour Light in Shanghai and were extremely happy with the service and hotel rooms. The automated blackout shades were great and when we used another hotel we couldn’t help comparing when we had to move the curtains ourself! In this instance we booked a room with 3 single beds and it had a nice sitting area and 2 sinks. The girlfriend room was perfect for a girls trip. They also accepted our parcels and we picked them up from reception. We got late night ******* and it was delivered to our room via robot. Rooms were clean, slippers were comfy and the Thank You shampoo and body wash was amazing- we loved the scents! I would definitely use Atour again!

This was one of the more satisfying trips I had during the summer holidays. First, the hotel's location is very convenient for transportation; the subway and bus stations are right outside, and it's only about a 20-minute drive to the Wujiaochang commercial district. For this price point, it offers great value for money. Second, the hotel's breakfast was exceptional – it was one of the richest and most varied I've had at an Atour hotel. Lastly, the service was truly outstanding. Jia Liang and Yan Xue, in particular, patiently answered all the questions I had during my stay. Extremely satisfied!

Absolutely fantastic! The environment was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. GGuest UserI extended my stay in Modena by Fraser at Wujiaochang because I had a good stay here. This is my second review of this place, which should be read with my first review. My first review (one of the first three reviews of this place) forgot to mention about the breakfast, room price, and to provide photos. These will be covered by my second review now. First, about the breakfast. This place is so new that the breakfast comes in a set meal bento box delivered directly to your room by a robot at a time of your preference. The breakfast dining area was not yet open for meals during my stay so I was unable to try or review it. But Leo from the hotel says that the dining area should open sometime next week. In any case, the seat meal breakfast was filling and decent as an interim breakfast solution. Second, the room price. I paid around CNY 512 per night, breakfast being complimentary. I find this to be value for money. I enjoyed the facilities of the hotel/service apartment, especially the in-room washer and dryer, which is very convenient. Many other hotels do not have a washer and dryer in the room itself, but this place does. Third, the photos. These will show that the room provides a good amount of storage space for clothes, shoes, and more. The mirror in the bathroom has its own light and defrosting function: I found it useful! A modern table lamp is provided on the desk for work. That lamp has a wireless charging pad. Other wired charging power outlets are placed around the room, including USB-C and USB-A outlets.

GGuest UserI saw good reviews online before booking, but was disappointed when I arrived. My husband criticized me for a long time. I thought that for more than 300 yuan a night, the room should not be so small. It might be just right for one person. We are two people. If we hadn't been attending a wedding nearby in the evening, we would have canceled the stay. Fortunately, we only brought a small suitcase... There were no napkins, only small rolls of poor quality... Anyway, I was disappointed and regretful. The only thing I was satisfied with was the service attitude of the front desk and the location. It is close to Line 10, about a 10-minute walk.
