Metropolitan Seclusive Life In Wukang rd Shanghai

Huaihai Road Area/Xintiandi Area Shanghai|0.32km from Yongfu Road
It's our 1st time staying in Seclusive, and we chose to celebrate my 50th birthday here (we're from Singapore). In our 6 days trip in Shanghai, this is the 3rd hotel we've stayed for 3 nights. We booked 2 rooms - a suite and a king-sized bedroom. Talk about the downside first. The suite (on the 2nd floor) is spacious with a terrace, however the king-sized bedroom (on the ground floor) was extremely small, it will not be suitable if you're a 6 footer at all (you'd probably be knocking your knee to alot of things). Since it is an old structured building, the sewerage system is no good (toilets in both our rooms were choked and needed attention). The staircase to the level 2 was really steep with uneven carpet. They should also plan to hire more (& younger) housekeeping staff as cleaning up the rooms takes longer than expected, we waited on the day of check-in as well as when we were out for lunch (2 hours). Now on the good things! Location is great as it is walking distance to alot of shops, cafes, restaurants. We reckon that this is a 'hot' and 'social influencer' locality with lotsa crowd taking photos and vids. What made the stay MOST PLEASANT and MEMORABLE is the staff named Ace, true to his name - he was truly a superstar with top-notch service and attitude, the type you'd think never exist in this world! From settling the laundry (with an external vendor), booking cars, restaurants reservations, birthday-surprise decor to the room, all coordination with external vendors and many more! Last but not least - with a bright smile at all times! If at all we decide to be back, its only because of Ace!

Capella Shanghai Jian Ye Li

Hengshan Road Area Shanghai|1.04km from Yongfu Road
Located in the bustling business district of Xuhui, Capella is much better than the ones in Hainan! It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, making it very convenient to go out for a walk or ride a bike. Although the design of the small five-story building is climbed up and down, the functional areas are indeed divided very well. The sanitation and cleaning are good. Both bathrooms and toilets are smart and have heating functions. They are very friendly to friends who come to Shanghai in the winter. The audio-visual room does not disturb teammates who want to sleep. The light shading in the room is excellent and the sound insulation is very good. , it was quite quiet all night (but I don’t know if it was because there were few or no neighboring guests), which was appreciated by teammates who suffer from insomnia. The service is also very good. From the time of check-in, every employee takes the initiative to say hello, greets you with a smile, and responds quickly to requests. As for breakfast, I think it can be improved. Breakfast is a la carte service and can be ordered and delivered to the room. I went to the restaurant to eat, but my expectations may have been too high. I felt that the product that day was not at an excellent level, and the staff did not feel very busy. Why do I always have to ask for more tea? Haha... The last unhappy thing is that because I like their body wash, I bought it for home use, but I forgot to check it in when I boarded the plane, and the security personnel took it away in vain😭😭😭I will bring my children back next time, continue. Keep up the service level!

My daughter is about to take the entrance examination, and she went to Wukang Road to relax during the weekend. My daughter likes Bajin's text, so she took me to visit Bajin's former residence, which caused the interest of the children. My daughter, who always liked history and literature, searched all the way and took me to see Huang Mansion, Chen Guofu Chen Lifu Mansion, Soong Qingling's former residence, etc. It was a bit tired to walk down the road, so I simply found a homestay nearby for one night and experienced the white life of Shanghai ”city people”. I didn't expect it, but it became the biggest surprise of this trip! The first thing that was attracted was the name of this homestay ”Dusk”, which coincided with the time we were looking for a house. The so-called ”Dusk Yizhu does not return”, so live here. The customer service girl is very intimate, the navigation is very accurate, and it is an unexpected joy: the homestay community is called ”Bole Courtyard”! My daughter is very happy: ”It seems that this year's high school exam must be smooth, because I found Bole!” The stay experience is very good: there are such quiet rooms in the city center, close to the bustling Huaihai Middle Road and the quiet Huashan Road, very close to the subway station, Shanghai Library, etc., surrounded by supermarkets, bars, tea houses, cafes, Chinese and Western restaurants. Turn around, the shadow of the dusk tree mottled, the house is comfortable and warm, make a cup of coffee, open a light music, with the warm lighting in the room, read a leisure book, it is really stealing half a day of leisure. Meimeidi enjoyed one night, but unfortunately the next day my daughter still had class, we could leave the room early in the morning. My daughter's wish list after the high school entrance examination is one more: the first thing after the high school entrance examination, and then about dusk!

The same as the photo of the homestay, the location on the second floor is also easy to find, the stairs up will not be too forced, and the voice of nearby residents will be heard sooner or later, and the old bungalows will not be avoided, which will aggravate some sense of life. The location is very convenient, navigation can directly choose the Iranian consulate. Nearby is Changshu Road and Huaihai Road, shopping and eating are very good. The room is ok, basically the same as the photo, the window view is moving. There are some details that can still be improved, such as toothbrushes are a bit rudimentary. Everything else is very good, and I will recommend it next time my friend comes.

This is my first internship in Shanghai. The internship unit is at Huashan Hospital. I asked a lot of people on the platform and finally booked this room. After I came, I found that the price/performance ratio was too high. First of all, the landlord is really nice. The landlord strongly recommended this room to me. This room was renovated in October last year. For good health, the landlord used the big gusset. The room has not been painted, so the room There is no smell, the air conditioner is new, the washing machine is new, the bed is new, the mattress is also new, the landlord’s decoration is very warm, equipped with a projector, the best thing is the big window, the room is from morning to night The sun is shining, the room is next to Huashan Hospital, and it is only a 5-minute walk to Huashan Hospital. It is also very convenient to travel at the door. Metro Line 1, Line 7, and Line 10 are all within a few minutes’ walk. There are many foods in the surrounding area, and there are also many special Shanghai snacks. There are also many consulates. During the break time, stroll around and experience Shanghai culture. The Shanghai Bund, Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street, Chenghuang Temple and other attractions are also directly accessible by subway 2-3. The landlord also has 2 small houses at this address, which are very cost-effective. It is really a good choice for short-term travel or long-term stay
