The hotel is modern and very nicely decorated and my room was stocked with amenities, including a nice tea set with good tea which you can enjoy on the alcove in your room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My room price included pickup from the train station and that was arranged without any fuss through Weixing since I don't have a Chinese phone number. My room and the public areas were all very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. It is a 700 m walk to the Old Town, and a bit far from the main part of town around ChangZhen Lu. But it is easy and inexpensive enough to call a didi or a cab to get to that part of town.

Nice hotel with good hardware. Near to old city about 15 mins walk. Only problem is rooms with oxygen supply are on the first floor and you will need to explicitly book those rooms upfront ...But reception is very nice and boss was personally chauffeuring people ..

The service attitude is very good! We went to the front desk at night because of altitude sickness, and the front desk was very patient. The breakfast was delicious~ The room was upgraded to a parent-child room with a refrigerator, oxygen concentrator, humidifier, etc., with complete facilities. The folk customs in Shangri-La are simple and honest, and they don't force customers. We extended the room for one more day and played for one more day. The experience was excellent, I like it~

The hotel environment is very good and beautiful. The room is very clean and there is a small bay window where you can sit and eat takeout and enjoy the scenery. It is very comfortable. The breakfast on the fifth floor of the hotel is delicious and you can see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The ******* brothers and sisters at the front desk are very nice, enthusiastic and warm.
