"We booked a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, and upon check-in, the girls at the reception desk offered us a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony for free, which was a very pleasant surprise. The receptionists are very friendly and willing to help with both excursions and small requests. The room had slippers and all the usual toiletries, which is quite rare to find in Egyptian hotels. The hotel is conveniently located, about a twenty-minute walk to Tahrir Square. Two blocks away, there's a pedestrian street with many convenient and inexpensive local cuisine cafes. I highly recommend trying real shawarma for 120 rubles. Also within walking distance is the old Egyptian Museum, and opposite it, there's a small shop with cheap souvenirs."

Their generosity and care made us feel truly welcomed and safe. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and full of charm, with a great location in downtown Cairo close to many attractions. What made our experience special was the exceptional hospitality from the staff — they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo, especially travelers arriving late at night. Thank you again to the amazing team for making our stay so memorable!"
