The hygiene is very good and the environment is quiet. There are many geckos and small frogs in the corridor, but there are no geckos indoors. Under the protection of geckos and small frogs, there were not many mosquitoes, and none of us were bitten. Small animals appear in the house every day, 😄. On the first day, it was a little golden tree frog, and on the second day, it was a cute little sparrow (it must have stayed with us for a night, and I heard the flapping of its wings in the morning. found). For hotel breakfast, you can order pasta, noodle soup, coffee and other foods from the menu. I didn’t see it on the golf course, so I don’t know where it is hidden. The gym is available and the kids go there every day. The swimming pool is not too big, suitable for guests who are not good at swimming. The hotel's tuk-tuk bus is free one way and costs US$3 for the return trip. Be sure to prepare extra US dollars in change in Siem Reap, everything is 1 yuan or 3 yuan. Bring visa or master card. Scan code payment is basically unavailable in China. Still a little behind.

Our recent stay at Boutique Indochine was nothing short of amazing. From the very start, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entire visit. The rooms were not only cozy but also thoughtfully designed. What truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to every palate and we're already looking forward to our next stay.

We just spent 3 nights at J7 with wife and 20 yo son and it was excellent. The beds were large and very comfortable as was the overall size of the room and bathroom. Plenty of clothes hanging and bench space. There was also a seperate seating area and bench to work on laptop. We were on 3rd floor overlooking pool with balcony table and chairs. The room was very clean and serviced daily. Nothing was too much bother for staff and they will do anything to assist you. The most polite, helpful and friendly bunch of people you will find anywhere. They also packed us a breakfast box for our early start at Angkor Wot. The hotel in in very good condition and they keep it spotlessly clean. The breakfasts we had in hotel were of a high standard. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.

I didn’t know there were 2 different wings in that property, anyway we were put in the “Angkor” wing, honestly please do not have very high expectation of this wing, there were mosquitoes flying all over the property, floor tiles were quite dirty & no one seem to bother about cleaning it, lobby has no air conditioning, restaurant food is ok, overall staffs are very helpful with everything, location is near the night market, so is kind of convenient if you want to head over for some reflexology or massage at night.

Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I received a very friendly greeting from the hotel driver who picked me up from a rather delayed flight. Arriving at the facility I was promptly greeted at reception with a welcome drink and brought to my room. The room was quite large with balcony and giant bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station. It has a coffee bar for lattes and assorted beverages. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool in the center of the hotel. It has a tropical garden feel. There is a poolside cocktail bar where I enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail. Above all what makes the Bayon Residence special is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff members remembered and called me by name. They often checked in to see if anything was needed and were happy to organize tuk tuk rides, give local recommendations and meet any needs. The gardeners create a special oasis. The plantings are extensive and beautifully kept. I noticed maintenance staff preparing decorations for the upcoming Khmer New Year. The cleaning staff work meticulously and the dining staff served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed conversations with the front desk staff, bartender and marketing manager. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Cambodia.

Apologies in advance for the long review but hopefully it will contextualise the review title! Booked to stay for three nights, hotel reached out in advance to arrange airport transfer (no charge) and my transfer was there ready and waiting when I landed with water and a cold towel. Arrived at the hotel and received a lovely welcome drink and nibbles. Staff were extremely warm and friendly, taking lots of time to explain everything about the hotel. The room was clean and of a very good standard, I’d deliberately opted for a room that wasn’t pool facing as I suspected it would be quieter facing away from the road. Reality is I don’t know for sure if there was any real difference but the room was very quiet and comfortable. Can’t say I missed the pool view. Room had very good Wi-Fi so was able to work one morning. Air con super effective. Netflix on the tv. Great rain shower with lots of pressure. I had a sun-rise tour booked so the hotel arranged a takeaway breakfast of my choice for me. Again ready at the time they said it would be (4am as per my request). The spa in the hotel (read massages and treatment) was brilliant. Can’t again rate it more highly and would definitely recommend. For us foreigners it’s incredibly affordable compared to back home. Complimentary lunch organised by the hotel was also superb. Hotel is within walking distance (5 mins) to the more touristy food streets and markets. Area felt extremely safe. Return airport transfer (again free) exactly on time as agreed. Honestly you can’t take clear communication and hotel organisation for granted. A good, inexpensive hotel 10 minutes walk from the central walking streets. Responsive staff, helped with all questions. The room is clean, quiet, comfortable mattress. The air conditioning in the room worked very poorly, the fan saved the day. The bathroom door opened inward, which made it difficult for two people. Small, cozy pool in the courtyard. A**ospheric breakfast on the roof of the hotel to choose from a menu. There is a small cozy pool in the yard, children scream there happily during the day))
