Dear M Hotel, I would like to express my feeling of satisfaction/gratitude toward Miss Jia Yi and the manager in resolving the issue I had over the stay quickly. My relative who works in F&B recommended the hotel for our stay in Singapore which we decided to follow through for 4days 3 nights. But perhaps due to a misunderstanding/misinformation during the checking in, we were not informed much about how to use room’s facilities e.g., a room make-up function, a policy regarding bed sheet and towels + the TV remote control was out of battery. I didn’t realize up until my parents informed me about it. I was upset and went to express my dissatisfaction to the reception while Miss Jia Yi was on her shift. She handled my complaint professionally, quickly noted down the issues and asked the maids to make up our rooms everyday onward. Without the explanation, the room-make up function is a little hard to use (I previously assumed the maid would come in normally). Anyway, I want to compliment the staff for their professionalism, not just in resolving our in-room situation but also for handing my negative emotion perfectly. With that being said, our stay at M Hotel was overall good and we wouldn’t mind coming back again. The location is perfect near the China town, MBS and not too far from Orchard Road. I would like to express my thank and appreciation herein again. Best Regards, Saran

Great location, clean, and cold. It's not nosicy even if it's beside the main road. It would be great if you could add saddles for bath room.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, very close to MRT (Maxwell MRT), the food center (Maxwell food center - where there are lots of good food) & Buddha Tooth Relic Temple (where I can go praying early in the morning). Facilities very new and clean. Very comfy bed & kitchen has microwave to reheat the food I bought

Booked a room for my son for 2 nights. When he checked in, hotel says he’s booked for 2 different rooms for each night of his stay, which would mean he would transfer rooms. Who would do this? Anyway, hotel was able to fix it his and gave him one room for his 2 nights stay. Hotel said that trip booked him in 2 different rooms. All good in the end. Regarding Housekeeping, he put make up room when he left early for the day, when he got back, room was not made. Housekeeping came while he was in the room, luckily, I had a separate room for my husband and I so was able to transfer while they’re cleaning the room. He transferred because housekeeping said they won’t come back and clean room at a later time. This we found odd. They should’ve cleaned it earlier when guest was out, and if not, they should adjust and come back if guest is back at the room mid day. Lobby was beautiful. It opened up to a big open space, outdoor, with a grass patch. Super relaxing vibe. Concierge at ground floor was very helpful. From keeping our bags after checkout as our flight back was at night, and for helping us get a ride when we couldn’t access our grab app, and keeping stuff so we didn’t have to go back to our room when we decided to have a night cap after our event on sat night, and just being attentive to our needs while we were at the lobby. Good job!

An almost perfect stay. Check in was very easy and fuss free. The bath’s fantastic, amenities - luxurious. Asked for a quiet room - I got a quiet room on a quiet floor. Food selection however at the club lounge was not fantastic, it was in fact far below expectations - definitely not as great as pre-pandemic times. Not recommended for anyone to opt for club room benefits. Tables at the club lounge were not the cleanest either. But the breakfast buffet spread was awesome and delicious, tables there were much cleaner. Overall, it was a luxurious, quiet, rejuvenating stay.

Spacious, renovated and well located near cute restaurants on Tras Street. The Orchid could be a great local brand but they nickel & dimed me, requesting prepayment and then refusing to change the length of my stay because prepaying doesn’t allow refunds. This on the busiest night of the year when F1 racing fans are clamoring for rooms — the very reason they asked me to pay ahead. The difference? $600 more. This petty inflexibility is what differentiates a great hotel with a dedicated following from a local bus tour hotel that would rather capture ever last penny than commit to hospitality. Same is true with their lousy wifi — which didn’t work half the time and couldn’t admit until asked.
