JJiaoxilaoshiThis is by far the best onsen hotel I've ever stayed in! It's located around Jozankei town, with a shuttle bus service from Sapporo, making it very private and quiet. The room is spacious enough, and the private onsen is excellent – my skin felt so smooth after a soak. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were quite high-tech. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a healing view of the snowy landscape, and if you're lucky, you might even spot a raccoon! The service was top-notch, patient and enthusiastic. I have to rave about the food at this hotel; the Italian dinner was incredible, every dish was superb, using seasonal local ingredients and beautifully presented. After dinner, you can even take some rice balls, desserts, and drinks back to your room. The hotel has a smoking room and vending machines, so you don't have to worry about going hungry. I'd love to come back again in the summer if I get the chance.

GGuest UserThank you so very much for your personalised hospitality and being so accommodating during our stay. What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. Thank you once again for doing your utmost and showing attention to care in all areas and that was evident even before we arrived.

GGuest UserI loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

CCaifujiankanggaojingzhizichanpeizhizhuanjiaThe room was large and clean, and the hot spring facilities were excellent with a huge space. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, including unlimited domestic Japanese wagyu beef grilled fresh on the spot. For the same amount of steak, I would pay 10,000 yen for just 6 small pieces at Hokkai-En Yakiniku in Niseko town. The pizzas were also made to order. They even poured champagne from a brand new bottle into clean glasses for us. And the price was very reasonable; I even wondered if there was a mistake in the bill, haha! 😄

CChabrior TurbuloThe most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit old, can be seen from the toilet type and overall bedroom + bathroom design. But still functioning properly. Bed is on the softer side. We can see mountains afar from the window. They receive my takkyubin well and it has been waiting inside our room when we check in (got 30 mins earlier check in). Service is friendly! Cleaning service every day is nice. Location is not really close to train station but there are a few exits within walking distance, though it’s not right nearby. We got access to the lounge as we were staying in Cross Floor, but the snacks variety are small and the same everyday. Freeflow wine and beer is cool though. We mostly just eat the nuts. Maybe better if you can provide Hokkaido milk instead of these sugary drinks. Thanks!

GGuest UserThis onsen hotel is definitely worth the price. The environment and hygiene are excellent, and the room layout is fantastic. The yukata was the most comfortable I wore during my Hokkaido trip. The service was absolutely superb, especially the proprietress at the Kaiseki restaurant, Shoan. She was incredibly elegant and generous, giving us an authentic and meticulous Japanese service experience. The private onsen with a fee had average views. The outdoor public onsen was closed on the day of my stay due to cold weather. The indoor onsen, for a hotel of this price point, was quite ordinary. Therefore, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the onsen experience. All in all, while it might not be exceptionally surprising, this is a hotel that's well worth its price.

GGuest UserWe’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

GGuest UserIt was pretty good. The view from the 24th floor was excellent, and the public bath was larger than the Dormy Inn I stayed at before. The triple room was also very nice. Although the 0.9-meter-wide bed was a bit narrow for my 14-year-old, he didn't mind, and I prefer us all sleeping together, as it helps us bond more with him. The only hassle was the air conditioning was too hot; I suggest they not turn it off completely but instead set it to the lowest temperature of 18 degrees.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in, I received Chateraise Baumkuchen. The hospitality felt truly luxurious, like a proper hotel experience. The spa was spacious, and the open-air bath in the snow was absolutely amazing. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the desserts and ice cream were the same delicious Chateraise products you'd buy in their stores – I ate so much! I'd love to visit again in the summer when the outdoor pool is open.
