The room was excellent, and the environment was fantastic. A special thank you to the staff for their service. There were staff members who spoke Chinese, which made communication seamless. When I checked out, I forgot my phone at the hotel. The staff called the hotel I was going to beforehand, and then in the evening, they even delivered my phone to my hotel in Sapporo, waiting until I received it. The service was absolutely incredible, and I'm very grateful. It's a place definitely worth visiting.

Facilities are pretty new and in pristine conditions. The staff is professional and quite helpful. We also used the hotel parking with our rental car. The best part of the stay (and we would highly recommend trying) is the hotel breakfast buffet- great value for price! High quality food, great service and delightful variety.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Emion Sapporo! The location is super convenient—just a 9-minute walk from Sapporo Station, with an underground passage so you don't even have to go above ground. This made it so easy to take a 45-minute train ride to Royce Cacao & Chocolate Town. There's also a nice soba restaurant next door and a 24-hour 7-Eleven accessible from inside the hotel—very handy! The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with daily specials that changed each morning. We loved the mix of Japanese and Western dishes, but the milk pudding with caramel sauce was absolutely divine—a must-try! The room was a comfortable size and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this hotel as a great base to explore Sapporo. We would definitely stay again!

This was my second stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo, and it once again delivered an excellent experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a full day of sightseeing. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the security. Access to the guest floors requires a room key, providing an added sense of safety and privacy. The service was also consistently professional, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. Staff were helpful whenever assistance was needed, and the overall experience felt smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is another advantage, being within walking distance of Sapporo Station while still offering a quieter environment away from the busiest areas. The breakfast buffet remained one of the highlights, with a wide variety of choices and consistently good quality. Having now stayed here twice, I would not hesitate to return again on a future visit to Sapporo.

The most comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a hotel. We had some of the best sleep during our stay. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of pillows and soft, high-quality linens. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with lots of space to store luggage and personal items, plus many useful amenities. The entire hotel has a modern, clean design and is kept in excellent condition. The staff were very kind, professional, and spoke English, which made everything easy. They even provided umbrellas free of charge when it rained, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel bar also deserves a mention. The service was excellent, the drinks were very good, and the parfaits were delicious. Since parfaits are very popular locally in Sapporo, I definitely recommend trying one here. The location is convenient too: just a short walk from Susukino and the Sapporo city center, close to the station by a few metro stops, and easy to reach by taxi. Overall, this Marriott was a real gem. Because of such a pleasant experience here, I’ll definitely consider staying at other Marriott Courtyard hotels in the future.

The location is great, right next to Tanukikoji, and it's just a few minutes' walk to Don Quijote. Facilities: There's a hot spring, but I didn't get a chance to use it. There's also a self-service laundry, but it only accepts coins, no electronic payments. Cleanliness: It was very clean and tidy; I had a comfortable stay. Service: We arrived at the hotel at 2 PM and were told we could store our luggage first, but check-in wasn't until after 3 PM. We dropped off our bags and went out to explore. We came back after dinner to pick up our room key.

This onsen hotel is definitely worth the price. The environment and hygiene are excellent, and the room layout is fantastic. The yukata was the most comfortable I wore during my Hokkaido trip. The service was absolutely superb, especially the proprietress at the Kaiseki restaurant, Shoan. She was incredibly elegant and generous, giving us an authentic and meticulous Japanese service experience. The private onsen with a fee had average views. The outdoor public onsen was closed on the day of my stay due to cold weather. The indoor onsen, for a hotel of this price point, was quite ordinary. Therefore, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the onsen experience. All in all, while it might not be exceptionally surprising, this is a hotel that's well worth its price.

Used the hotel as my base for day travels to Otaru, Furano / Biei. First overnight stay was without breakfast but that was lucky as I saw overflowing waiting crowds even at 6.45am!!. Subsequent stay was 4 nights - buffet spread was good and delicious - but 4 days of similar breakfast was abit repetitive - fresh omelette counter was manned by 1 person … not the efficiency I think of for Japan. Obvious is also the clearing of tables / turn over are slow due to a petit looking trolley with space for only max 2 trays (the reason for the long queue?) Room wise was comfortable, but with paper thin walls - i hear baby crying, people coughing or people on phone speakers not to mention the occasional loud thumps on wall ..had to use ear plugs in order to sleep. As it’s End June, the sky gets bright by around 3.30am … and the light leaking from The curtain does not help .. so it was also blind fold. Overall if not for the the nice and helpful Chinese speaking reception team .. I would have a mediocre experience at the hotel. Pic of the ‘leaking’ curtain which did not block out the lights for a good night sleep.

The location is fantastic! You can access Tanukikoji shopping street directly from the back door, and it's a short walk to places like the prefectural office. The room was spacious, and the breakfast curry rice was delicious, especially with an onsen egg (mostly because Hokkaido rice is so good!). Coming back after a day out and having a soak in the large public bath on the top floor was incredibly relaxing.

I stayed here for an ARASHI concert. When I booked, there weren't many hotels left. This one had a decent location, and at the time, the price was relatively affordable, even though it was still just under 2100 yen for one night. Facilities: The hotel is 30 years old, but I found the facilities to be perfectly adequate. Plus, there's a nice vanity area outside the bathroom where you can sit and get ready. The room itself was also quite spacious. Service: The service was very good. When I booked, there were no non-smoking rooms available, but I emailed the hotel, and they said they could prepare the room for me with a smoke-free treatment. Indeed, there was no cigarette smell when I checked in.
