3-Star Hotels in Kobe

It was our first ryokan experience and it was absolutely stunning. There are a few rooms in ryokan and we were the only guests for that night. The room was very spacious and had tiny cute details. Onsen and kaiseki dinner became absolute favorites. The dinner and breakfast were served in our room that added intimacy to the process. Everything was delicious. The ryokan team was super friendly and ready to help with all the questions we had. As we were the only guests, we were allowed to use the onsen together as the private one — wow! It was truly authentic experience — we would definitely recommend to visit this place.

First, let's talk about the positives. The environment is excellent with beautiful scenery, and the hotel facilities are comprehensive. Second, the food tastes quite good, and the half-board (dinner and breakfast) service adds a lovely touch to the experience. Third, every staff member has a wonderful service attitude. The driver uncle was especially warm and attentive, and one staff member spoke Chinese, while another provided excellent service as well. Fourth, the music in the hot spring was pleasant, and the lighting was beautiful. Finally, my only personal regret was that the private hot spring slots I booked were not ideal—one was very late, and the other very early, which led to insufficient sleep. This was probably because I didn't arrive as early as other guests, so there weren't many available times left to book.

The room was quite spacious and had two chairs, and the bathroom had no steps, which was convenient for the elderly. There's a good rotating sushi restaurant right next to the hotel. The easiest way to get to the hotel from Kansai Airport is by express bus; it's a 70-minute ride, and you can buy tickets at self-service kiosks at gate 6.

Not sure what has happened to Japan standard in the past couple of years but had called the hotel to confirm that linens are scent free (standard in Japan before) and was told yes. Unfortunately they are not, this new laundry detergent that is slowly spreading throughout Japan is absolutely horrible causing all sorts of allergic reactions (not only to me.) I start having rashes, compromised breathing, and inflammation issues. If it’s the same detergent used back in America, then it might be eco-friendly, but definitely not human friendly. I truly hope that Japan goes back to the way it was before the introduction of some western products filled with harmful chemicals to humans. It is not because you don’t react to it that it is not harming your body, it’s only a question of time and when it does, you won’t know why and there is no turning back. Take it from an Asian American born who was the biggest fan of American marketed products. We do have good products like ECOLAB, which is both, sustainable for the environment without compromising human health. Maybe laundry company should look into that company or simply return to Japanese products before. Good thing thing their pyjama are still scent free so I had to wrap the bed and cover with their pyjama to get through the night.

This hotel offers good value for money. The front desk lady was very helpful; she even allowed us to check in early when my family member wasn't feeling well. The room wasn't too small, there was enough space to open a 28-inch suitcase. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from where the airport bus drops you off, and very close to Sannomiya Station. There are many restaurants nearby. The only minor issue is that due to road construction, you have to access the hotel through an inconspicuous alleyway, which is easy to miss if you're not paying attention.

The hotel offers a convenient location, especially for those using the metro, as it is closer to metro station than JR lines. The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of options that cater to different taste. However, one point to note is that the breakfast charge of JPY700 applies even for young children. In our case, my 6-year-old did not eat much, so the value felt limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable, and the location and breakfast variety are definite highlights

I booked this place at the last minute as we wanted to extend our stay in Arima Onsen by one night and most hotels were fully-booked. I searched on *********** but couldn't find any suitable accomodation so thought to try Trip.com. This hotel came up only on this site and I was delighted to find it. At first I was concerned by the lack of reviews, but all the reviews were good and the room looked ideal for a family of four; 2 western beds and 2 tatami beds, with spacious living area and separate bathroom and toilet. It was really great value for money. The size of the room was very generous, and the facilities were great. We made use of the Onsen baths and the table tennis room during our stay. None of the staff spoke english but this wasn't an issue as they were all adept at using google translate. The location is also fine - it is situated between the town and the ropeway, so it is easy walking distance to each, which was very useful since they dont offer any shuttle service. All in all I would reccomend it for a short stay in Arima onsen as it is really good value for money.

The hotel is a little bit far away from Sannomiya. It takes at least 5-10 mins driving to there, so it probably takes 15 to 20 mins to walk there. As it is far from city, it is quiet, and the room is clean and large. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are limited and luckily I could find a parking space nearby. The service is good and the staff are very polite. It has welcome drinks offered. If you cannot find a hotel inside Kobe, this hotel would be another good choice to consider.

스마 해변과 가까워서 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 서비스가 아주 좋았고 시설도 매우 만족스럽습다만 호텔의 특성(?)상 가족보다는 커플이 방문하기에 좋습니다.

Elevator was dirty somebody smoked iqos but rooms arent too bad  The aircon doesnt really work
