Romantic Hotels in Kobe

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! I stayed for two consecutive nights during my three days in Kobe, and downstairs, there's everything you could possibly need: drugstores, convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping malls. It perfectly caters to all my needs for gourmet food, beautiful sights, shopping, and even collecting anime merchandise! I had a blast during my days in Kobe. It's just a few minutes' walk from the hotel to the train station, and I visited the art museum, the seaside, Kobe Animal Kingdom, and Nunobiki Herb Gardens – all were great. Finally, taking the bus to Osaka Airport was super convenient, just a little over an hour. The room was exactly as pictured and described, and I slept wonderfully. The pour-over coffee in the lobby was delicious, and they offer free drinks and ice cream after 8 PM every night, which shows how thoughtful this hotel is."

"I've stayed here several times for baseball games at Hotto Motto Field Kobe and for family trips. It's in a quiet location near Ikuta Shrine, yet it's also close to Sannomiya Station with plenty of restaurants nearby, which is incredibly convenient. The welcome coffee and well-stocked amenities were a great bonus. I'd love to stay again."

It's within walking distance of major attractions like Ikuta Shrine, Kitano Ijinkan Street, Kobe Port Tower, and Meriken Park, making its location excellent. The front desk and restaurant are both on the second floor, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. The room size is quite large by Japanese standards. They also provide free multi-purpose charging plugs, which is a nice touch. The bathroom is also very spacious, clean, and tidy. The TV looks to be about 36 inches and is very new."

"This was my second time staying here. My first visit, two years ago, was absolutely wonderful, which is why I specifically went out of my way to come back for another experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed this time. There were so many people checking in, and it seemed like the hotel wasn't prepared to handle the crowd, leading to us standing and waiting for a long time. It was a stark contrast to the enthusiastic service I received last time. The lady who helped us this time clearly wasn't very familiar with the procedures, and her English wasn't great, making communication a bit tiring. I really miss the girl who helped me check in two years ago; she was fantastic, spoke excellent English, and handled everything perfectly. All in all, this visit was a bit of a letdown. Everything else was fine though; the room was spacious, and the surroundings were beautiful, especially with the cherry blossoms in full bloom nearby."
