Anonymous UserI had a wonderful stay in this spacious and spotlessly clean room. I only stayed for one night, but it was so comfortable that I wished I could have stayed longer.
The bed was very comfortable, and the room was tastefully decorated in calming colours, creating a cosy atmosphere. It also had a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, which was convenient.
A pleasant surprise was the free laundry facilities in the basement, including both a washing machine and dryer. This was incredibly helpful during my trip.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was very well equipped, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travellers. I’d definitely love to stay here again!

anaisdoneI felt very comfortable here! The laundry is overpriced and that’s my only complaint. People just need to wash their clothes together in a machine and be done with it lol. It shouldn’t be priced per item. I think it’s a little ridiculous. Besides that, the room was quite big and the bed was great. It was very quiet.
I did not like the slight delay in the door locking after u leave. I ended up standing outside my room making sure the outdated system locked the door properly.

An extraordinary building ; one of the most architecturally impressive hotels in which I can remember staying, with wonderfully helpful staff and a location that can not be bettered -- with a commendable breakfast. Five stars ! But then . . .
Beautifully configured and equipped rooms but, constraints on urban buildings being what they are, and the architects having elected a stunning central skylit air- and light-well, our room, at least, had no window. Where was one to be placed, after all ? The air-conditioning worked well, but truly fresh air was not available.
The housekeeping staff had neglected the bathroom attached to the room that we used. Hair, a cotton-tipped applicator stick, and -- simply -- dirt were on the tiles. This can happen. It was very different from the rest of the experience of the stay. But there it was.
Have a look around when you check in. Ask for a repeat cleaning of your room if you think one is necessary. Enjoy your stay.

Paid extra, service very poor. Arrived to check-in, nobody to serve, no receptionist at the desk. Did wait around 10 minutes, gave a call, no answer, but the receptionist arrived. Then went to their restaurant, very vague service. No cocktails on the meniu (that's what we came for), asked and then the waiter gave separate cocktails menu. Finally came back to room and realised my bed sheet is dirty! Went to reception and asked to change it since we just arrived. Same person from reception came with new duvet and linen, had replace myself, meaning lack of staff if the same person does everything within entire hotel. Breakfast decent, saw people drinking wine, but it wasn't marked as it's included in the breakfast or not and bottle sits aside from all the breakfast on the bar table.

Guest UserI recently stayed at this hotel for my birthday, and it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with an old town view, which was truly stunning. Additionally, they offered us complimentary spa entrance after checkout, which was a delightful bonus.
The room itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable, situated on the 19th floor with an amazing view. The spa was also impressive—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The location is great, with tram and bus stops nearby, making it easy to get around the city. Taxis were also very easy to find whenever needed.
The room was comfortable and clean, and the overall stay felt smooth and hassle-free. A good option if you want convenient transport access and a comfortable stay in Riga.

MikeJMJonesWe were extremely happy with our stay at Hotel Justus. The hotel is located in the middle of the beautiful Riga Old Town, only a 3-minute walk to the Christmas Markets, 5-minute walk to the famous churches, and 20 minutes to the Art Nouveau District which houses some of the art galleries and museums. We stayed on the third floor in a standard double room. The room was spacious enough for a couple, had a well-functioning bathroom and also a comfortable bed and pillows. The room was well heated for the sub-zero temperatures. It has lifts. Breakfasts were delicious with both hot and cold dishes - scrambled egg pie, crispy bacon, sausages, fresh vegetables, porridge, pickled herring, wheat and rye bread, fruit and pastries. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing information for the major galleries and museums and even helping me find the Leica store. Before the holiday, manager, Einars was extremely helpful finding us a private driver to drive us from Riga to Tallinn at the end of our stay. This is a very historic, boutique hotel with a cosy ambience. I believe the restaurant on the ground floor is open in peak seasons. Nearby are at ;
least 20 restaurants and cafes, and many bars. A wonderful stay, thank you.

Stephen the Solo guyAn honest review from an British point of view. Location is great, noisy on a weekend if you go to bed before midnight. Beds in the room are very low to the ground with pillows that are awful very lumpy. thin duvets which are ideal in the summer. Breakfast is great. You have to book the Spa if you want to use it at an additional fee 18 euro I believe, I tried three times to say it was full? They admit last customer at 7pm but the Spa is open until 9pm. Over all I would compare the hotel to a Travel Lodge in UK certainly not 4 star high standard. Staff need to learn on how to smile it goes a long way for poor service.
