Good service in general. The facilities are already worn out and above all the air conditioning in the common areas was terrible... both the lobby and the restaurant, which was very annoying. I hope they fix it. Otherwise the food meets the requirements and the rooms were comfortable and without problems.

It was a wonderful experience. Especially room services for food at night were awesome. Playing beach volleyball was pretty fun. The broken door was terrible and the Italian restaurant service was not good but other than that overall is above the average.

We loved this hotel so much and had such a positive experience here! after arriving at a different hotel we'd pre-booked and finding it to be awful, we looked online for an alternative and got a really good deal here. We got a deluxe king suite for 2 people all inclusive for the week with about 60-70% off the normal price! So we were really impressed with the value. When we arrived, the check-in process was pretty slow. The hotel is massive and yet the reception is fairly small so every time we went passed, there was a big queue of people waiting. Although it was slow, the staff were all friendly, helpful and informative and told us all about the restaurants, pools and all inclusive offering before giving us our room key. We were so impressed with the room! It was super spacious, modern and comfortable. The bed was huge and there was still loads of space. I also loved the bath with the glass divider to the bedroom, and the bathroom was lovely and clean too with bottled water provided each day. We spent about 50% of our time in Cancun out and about, and the other 50% relaxing at the hotel. We were really happy with the time we spent in the hotel; it had about 5 pools, which were lovely and we especially liked the adults only one with the swim up bar. The staff round the pool were really attentive and always very quick to offer drinks and food. The food itself was really great. The hotel had 6 or 7 restaurants of varying spec; some fancier and some more casual daytime dining. We ate in almost all of them and enjoyed the vast variety on offer. Even the more casual offerings (like in the sports bar and round the pool) were really high quality and we really enjoyed all of our meals. The all inclusive offering was really substantial too, with basically everything included. The only thing we didn't have included was the meal we had at the sports bar, but we could've dined in one of the other restaurants if we'd wanted to avoid paying anything extra. The hotel was ideally located for exploring Cancun and doing excursions etc, and we were super happy we'd chosen to stay here. I'd recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again.

That hotel is.... saved by the beach ....
The biggest disappointment was the behaviour of the staff ....1) they don't care about the customers and they don't like their job ( especially in reception ) .
2) the most of them they don't speak English even in critical place's like guest relations.
3) our room was smelling mold.
P.s that hotel has good price and great beach ⛱️

Location was great. Close to everything. Service was great. Not all inclusive, only served breakfast, the same things daily. The hotel lobby has a small bar area that served drinks from 11am to 11pm for free. The week we stayed obviously was a bad week. The elevator always reeked of ****. We could not enjoy the pool due to the **** smell and the loud obnoxious music the other hotel guests were playing. Loud guests every night. Had to call the front desk to get them to quiet down one night so we could sleep.

The hotel is a very standard business hotel with a good swimming pool, gym and terrace bar. The location is very good, right in the shopping mall tunnel of the 7-character hotel area, where all major brands are located. It is convenient for eating and shopping, the hotel rooms are large, and the service is friendly. There seems to be bicycle rental at the door, and you can see the sea from the room. It is a highly recommended hotel.

Miguel was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. We had Alfonso for two nights and it was some of the best service we've ever had. Drinks were constantly topped off. He brought out food samples without even asking. Very friendly guy. Food was very good, especially the bleu cheese mashed potatoes.

We stayed in the garden villa which also has a bit of ocean view for four days. The location is great, beach and pools are great too, buffet is a meh, so remember to book one of the restaurants as soon as you can as the quality of the food is much better. Overall a great place with an attractive price.

There were 29 of us!! Several had upgraded room with butler and he, (Yomelly) couldn’t have been more helpful. Anything we wanted/desired or barely mentioned, he was all over it. My group gave Grand Park an 8/10. The only thing that would have made it a 10 would be more food options. The food provided was good, the rooms and pools very nice…drinks a-plenty, love the coffee & sweets cafe!! As a travel agent, I send a lot of clients to GPR because I’ve stayed twice, I feel it is a 5 ⭐️ resort, walking distance to flea market, easy access to city bus and lots of turtle hatching going on. Felt perfectly safe and will continue to send clients to GPR.

GGuest UserOverall we had a good stay. The hotel hosted our event of the Motosurf World Cup so I'm sure they have a lot of extra people then usual. With that being said there could have been more seating but I think we just had a lot of people there for the event. Bedroom provided ALOT of clothing storage space, beds were comfortable, a ceiling fan, daily room service (possibly twice daily on several occasions without asking), the rooms were just lovely overall. The staff were all very welcoming from cleaning crew, front desk, Gilberto and Moises always there for you when you needed help with bags, transpiration or a friendly face. There is an excursion office located in the hotel just a little off from the lobby. 3 kitchens to order from inside the hotel as well. (Common area) Located on the 12th floor there is a beautiful Gym with separate men and women sauna and indoor jacuzzi. (S floor) meeting and event rooms The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping mall with plenty of dining options, shopping, OXXO (similar to 711), movie theatre, zip line, food court up top, a gym and so much more. We honestly went out to dinner every night here. ***** DO NOT GO TO Catina Kitchen Lat. 20. They literally looked at us Americans and saw dollar signs and made ordering extremely difficult as if they've never dealt with tourists before. We even spoke Spanish and the entire meal was just a really bad experience. *** Highly recommend CAO and Montemare Everything looks high end and food quality is, but the prices were so cheap it was just a fantastic experience to splurge with amazing meals and not break the bank. Masks were still worn around dining room and buffet, other than that not necessary. They have a little shop in the lobby that's nice for minor things and those forgotten items. Don't ask them to change the color or bend down extra, she gave me attitude because I asked her for a NON pink toothbrush for my boyfriend ”bro your really going to make me bend down again” .... Bro?!? (I'm a female and by no means a bro) I couldn't believe it more funny than anything. This hotel is more of a business luxury vibe, not a Cancun party hotel. Yet very nice if you like to come ”home” to tranquility. Thanks for hosting all of us!

GGuest UserA very good hotel, with excellent attention and service at the reception, breakfast that includes quite good, the comfort of the bed the best, as well as the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room, and with many gastronomic options in the afternoon and evening , a very good option to spend your vacation or one on a low budget.
Excellent option for this who travel on a budget or simply hate the crowds and noise at the resorts. Very safe and clean location , with easy access to the public beach, the boardwalk, bus stops and grocery stores. The room was as advertised and shown on the picture. Hector was very helpful in securing airport transfers and responded to all other requests immediately. Great place to stay for a weekend, fully equipped with kitchen and full bathroom. Private entrance on the side.

Jjason borneoWalking distance of ADO bus station. Nearby lots of nice cafes, and nearby a park with various food stalls. Bus stop nearby to get to hotel zone.
For the hotel, the pool and jacuzzi is great. Stayed in a dorm bed. Has curtains for privacy and a cupboard to store your luggage. The water accumulates in the bathroom. Perhaps still need some renovation work.

GGuest UserThe buffet is fresher. The beach seems not to be under the hotel control, there is an extra charge on the beach, it is best to hide in the hotel. Water activities on the beach will be forced to ask for $20 tips, $60 for 6 photos, a Korean 🤏 fee, tell him that he is Chinese, he will not force.
Facilities: Very comfortable 🤤 WiFi full coverage
Hygiene: very clean, there is a little brother who comes to clean every day
Environment: Very clean, you can ask for unlimited blankets with the hotel waiter
Service: Basically everything you want 🤤

KKeggsy99At some point in it's history, this was probably a very glamorous hotel. Glimpses of that glamour still exist, but it is chipped, faded and well worn around the edges. Still, it has much to offer. If you're looking for 5-star luxury, this place isn't for you. There is no room service, no coffee maker, no complimentary water bottles, no hair dryer, the towels are cheap and don't always match and the whole place could use a paint job and general repair. But it does have charm, and the quiet location offers easy access to shopping, transportation and activities. The restaurant, though basic, has a stunning view of the sea and the food, though basic, is cheap and good, served with a friendly smile. The private beach is small and generally very quiet, studded with palapas for shade. The incredible art collection, displayed all over the property, gives the property a personal touch and makes this place a cross between a resort and a Bed 'n' Breakfast. I found the staff very friendly and very helpful. I'm completely uninterested in giant resorts and am more than happy to give up a few small amenities in exchange for a smaller, more relaxed, more intimate experience. Casa Turquesa, in all it's faded , chipped, rusted glory, suited me perfectly.

The beach is really nice and kept clean. We came the Oct 14-21, 2024. It rained every day we were there. We played on the beach and jumped waves when the weather permitted it. We swam in the pool and enjoyed time together. We did visit Chichen Itza. I recommend visiting this one of the 7 wonders of the world. Breakfast and lunch buffet had a lot of good options. Dinners were a nightmare because the food didn't always come as described on the menu. The wait and food service was extremely slow. The house keeping did a good job of cleaning our rooms. The outside beach and pool staff were very good at checking in on us to make sure we had what we wanted. The list of childrens activites never happened which was sad. I don't know if that was because of the rain, or they just didn't do them.
