My child booked this hotel for an exam nearby. The hotel environment is very good. There is a garden. You can take a rest in the garden in the evening. Outside the garden is the Dushu Lake, and the environment is quiet. The hotel service is also very good. Xiao Ma at the front desk and several other staff are very enthusiastic. Even if guests pass by in the morning, they will take the initiative to say hello. The most unexpected thing about this hotel is the hygiene, which is very good. The bedding is very skin-friendly, hygienic and odorless, and the bed in the twin room is also relatively spacious. Another detail is that the tables and chairs in his family courtyard are also very clean, because the tabletop is glass and you can tell that it is wiped every day. Our set meal includes two noodles. The noodles in the Chinese restaurant are also very delicious. We also ordered wontons and vegetables, which are also very well made. The breakfast is basically Chinese staple food, which is generally very good. The beef noodles are delicious. The chicken popcorn in the lobby bar is sufficient and delicious, recommended! Afternoon tea is provided, the coffee is not good, there are a lot of snacks, I didn’t eat them, and the fruit is very fresh. The only shortcoming, I hope the hotel can see, is that the two fake swans in the garden are very unsightly, and it is recommended to be removed, see Figure 3. This fake swan has a lethal effect on the entire garden, and it looks very low. In addition, this hotel is not very popular. I don’t know why. Maybe the exterior wall is too old? It looks shabby. The inside is still good. When there is funding, the exterior wall can be renovated to improve the overall image of the hotel.

The king-size bed room with a view is not big, but it has a wide view, sparkling water and beautiful scenery. The surrounding environment is also very good, and the service of the staff is also good. The only problem, which is also quite troubling, is that for two consecutive nights, it seems that the campsite is having a camping party, which does not stop until 11:30 at night, which really affects rest. There should be a control mechanism.

Dushu Lake is really a treasure place suitable for vacation. There is a scene at every step inside the hotel. Not far away are Dushu Lake Church and Egret Garden. There are scenes everywhere you stop and walk. It is very pleasant to ride a bike and take a walk by the lake. It makes me want to come here next time.

The other hotel we originally booked was blocked and we could not go, so we changed to Shizun. It was surprising that Ctrip guests had an exclusive reception at the hotel. Mr. Xiao Fan received us and guided us on how to swipe the card to get on the elevator, led us to the door of the room and helped with the luggage. During the stay, we had to answer all questions on WeChat and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. The hotel has been open for a long time. The facilities are not the latest, but the service has made up for some shortcomings. The whole hotel is almost full of fresh fragrance, including the sewers in the guest rooms. There is no strange smell. The sheets, quilts and pillows are clean. When you check in, you will be asked if you need to change the neck pillow. The Chinese restaurant will add an extra fruit when you order food and deliver it to the room. When you come back at night, you will find yogurt and fruit in the room. The breakfast the next day has many varieties and the quantity is timely. The hotel also has single and double bicycles for rent to tour the lake. I also rented a set of Hanfu to take pictures nearby. It was a surprise to have Starbucks in the lobby. Xiao Fan also gave me a lobby bar drink coupon when I checked in. The hotel has a shuttle bus for free pick-up during the festival. In short, this experience is really good👍
