賓館離火車站很近，出站後抬頭就能看到賓館。服務員非常負責，入住時主動給我升級了房間，並要求填寫紙質單，送入房間，諮詢服務要求。房間乾淨，安靜，非常適合有睡眠障礙的我。賓館門口就是公交站，多條公交路線經過，到任何地方都是一元。賓館還在房間放一張公交旅遊交通圖。非常方便出行。我在賓館住了2天。非常滿意的一次居住體驗。

很不錯的一次入住體驗
本以為開在火車站附近隔音不怎麼好
結果完全多慮了
全程服務在線
入住看到身份證套壞掉幫忙換新
出行早不能入住幫忙寄存行李後
前台友好幫忙提供免費使用手提袋
把隨身帶的東西換到這裏
入住第二天跟着訂單走房間換了小一號
晚上看完演唱會回到酒店貼心發現送了
山西特產
服務程度暖心plus
前天出遊不小心把帽子掉到水溝裏
剛好天氣變涼需要穿衣
諮詢後酒店還提醒説怕毛衣洗壞
等用過早餐後發現毛衣已經洗完放回房間
很不錯！
第二天早餐豐富多樣
炒菜主食煎蛋煮蛋水果鹹菜粥等等
品種很全
用餐結束後把午餐票弄丟找不到
貼心的是中午去吃午餐小哥哥説還記得我
讓我直接去吃就好
這點很滿意
用餐結束後換了個女服務生説要幫忙打粥嘗下
細節之處真的不錯
下次還會光顧
這次體驗到了和以往不一樣的太原

房間很大，很亮，乾淨整潔，去的早房間還沒有收拾好，在大廳等待的時候接待我的姐姐還貼心的給我接熱水🥹。為我辦理離店的前廳經理朱琳很熱情，還送了我一個小禮物🥹。這次一個人住還擔心會害怕，但是房間很亮很寬敞讓我很安心，超級好評！🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

因為長者家很喜歡這家酒店所有我們住了三天。離店後長者家不高興，天天嘮叨，因為他買的東西被人動過，有一個不見了。他用了很久在英國買的圍巾也不見了。酒店還是很負責任的調了監控，但監控查不出有人進過房間，雖然長者家心裡有數，但也不能證明是在酒店裡不見的，因為離開酒店前自己沒有檢查。所以不管去那裡，奉勸大家一定要把行李箱上鎖。 我們連續住了三天，要批評的是保潔沒做好，枕頭套骯臟了沒有換。

酒店雖然比較舊但服務100分,從入住的第一刻就感受到暖心的接待,退房當天氣象預報有雨還很貼心準備了一次性雨衣
酒店離太原站很近,交通大廈也在附近都是步行可到門口公交班次也很多,非常適合出遊選擇
有機會一定會在選擇華苑入住,強烈推薦

位置就在太原站外迎澤大街北側，在市中心，交通方便，去各個景點都近。酒店服務態度好，禮貌熱情，我原定的房間臨街，前台的小王主動給我升級套間，還一直帶我到房間，點贊。房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨。二層有餐廳，中午也有自助餐服務。酒店價格也公道，性價比很高。下次到太原還住這裏。

華苑賓館地理位置極佳，離太原站及旅遊集散地交通大廈都特別近，就在迎澤大街上，門口還有多路公交車，去哪都特別方便。入住性價比高且令人滿意的酒店。房間也不錯，乾淨衞生，設施齊備，衹是這個猛升温的季節，被子略厚了點，蓋着熱。酒店工作人員服務態度都還不錯。

交通便利，離火車站很近，酒店門口🈶多趟公交車，走路就可以到達繁華的柳巷。寧化府醋廠就在柳巷口，可以帶點當地人吃的寧化府醋回家，是個很好的體會。酒店工作人員無論是前台還是飯堂都很熱情。房間乾淨寬敞，無異味。早餐乾淨，品種多，居然吃到了山西的名吃“頭腦”。
