The hotel has just been opened for three years. It has complete facilities, the rooms are very clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, it is super clean, the bedding is comfortable, the hotel swimming pool is very large, there is a restaurant next to it, it has its own bar, and the lobby is very stylish

We've stayed at the Brownwood Hotel and Spa before and had a very positive experience. Great location, clean and well apointed room's, pleasant staff and a very nice spa. So it was a no brainer to stay here agin.

First time staying here, and would definitely return! Luxurious room, soft bed and pillows, satiny sheets, BIG bathroom. Front desk service was just as wonderful! Had dinner out and came back with leftovers, but no utensils. Late Night desk agent was able to secure some serveware...made my night!

As an interior designer, I love the attention to detail that was put into the concept, the quality of the furnishings and materials and the overall experience.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are very well appointed and clean and the beds very comfortable.

Property is beautiful. Only complaint is our room literally has a wall outside our window.
Not a 3ft, 4ft, like a 12 foot wall, we felt like we were in a basement. Decorated very nice, but dark basement. :(

Beautiful hotel, staff is very friendly. This is the first hotel that I’ve stayed in that’s quiet. No voices or TV s through the walls, no slamming of doors, and the hotel is completely full. I highly recommend it.
