Central location, accommodating staff, and often a great place to provide some respite from the ever-increasing party atmosphere that was formerly confined to the beach resorts of Tulum. I've found the rooftop an especially beautiful place to commune with the birds - as it is among the highest points in downtown Tulum. Food is incredible, affordable, and service is outstanding. As I've been a visitor of this place for years, I've seen the ups and downs of the facilities - but it's obvious that management has made some wise hiring decisions and the improvement is obvious. Centrally located - close to bus station and 'hotspots' but provides bicycles for the short ride to the beach - which is a little long, in terms of walking distance.

The main window of the room gives on the corridor and the corner is so fine that if someone lights the corridor you have the impression that the room is lighted. The smell in the bathroom (because the toilets and the bathroom have the same evacuation), the climate does not work, when you go into the room the smell is infected.
