Alder beach access point was amazing! Don’t go the the Main public one if you like privacy. Really clean. Surprisingly nice rooms considering the older common areas. Pool was fairly small but being 15 minutes from beach makes up for it. Good breakfast for that class of hotel, quite area and decent free parking

Pros: Location was convenient to Coligny Plaza and beach access. Room was clean and we had room service everyday. Cons: Limited parking. Poor lighting in room. Poor internet service. Dining area was small and seating limited. Food, while satisfactory, was not refilled/replenished. (Ex. Breakfast was 7 - 10 AM; eggs and sausage bins were empty at 8 AM. Still under construction. Would not stay at this location again.

Under construction. Looks like nice upgrades, but they were in the process of painting hallways. Parking options are limited.
Great location and walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, biscuits, cereal, etc.

The hotel was undergoing a renovation, so there was noise and also we lost water for a bit. The housekeeping was inconsistent. The biggest annoyance was someone in the lobby stopping you each night to try to rope you into going to a condo presentation. That happened on the street several times, and that is fine (expected) but should not be happening at your own hotel. I probably would not stay there in the future, unless their renovation is completed and the hotel is nicer. It did not live up to the quality I expected.
