At this price, the whole is relatively affordable, the rooms are spacious and the health is good. However, at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, someone in a hotel uniform opened my room without knocking. When I woke up, I closed the door again without apologizing or explaining anything. Since the lone person is abroad and the voice communication is not convenient, there is no complaint. I can't accept it at home.

Aside from the location, this hotel is beautiful, clean and very modern. It has a beautiful little rooftop pool. The rooms are well decorated and clean with AC. The staff is polite and helpful. The location might seem sketchy but it is relatively safe and the Malecon is only a 5 min taxi ride, about $40 pesos.

The truth is that we were looking for something cheap and with good location, and although the facilities were not perfect, the truth is that they are nothing bad, cleaning is also good, have air conditioning and bed is comfortable, I usually have insomnia when I don't sleep in my bed and I slept excellent in the hotel. I made my check in at 15:20 and my check out at 13:00.

I start badly because they don't accept master cards, only visa, but now they were good things, we were 6 people, where we paid on average 280 pesos per each, per night, we were at the 205, all the staff very kind, Room with one room for 2 people and another for 4 with very comfortable large beds, clean sofa beds, air conditioning very well, towels are not new but they meet and always I asked me gave the one I needed, One single bathroom but clean, the water of the shower very well, 2 cable screens with many options to see, the cleaning service very well, received me without problem when arrived at the morning on the 3 days of the festival, There is no problem for parking, there is no restaurant, and there is a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a small kitchen with a small bar; there is a small lobby on the roof, clean, which meets for the price, The hotel is very close to the beach and the Oxxo and other shops.

There were only a couple of rooms available for me and they showed me both and let me make the decision knowing both had minor issues. All the staff I met were very friendly. I needed to rely on the front desk to have a taxi for me at 5:45 a.m. to the airport and they came through for me with no problem. My second day there a different clerk at the desk knew who I was ”They guy that gets the taxi in the morning”. It made me feel at rest. Great service. Fast elevators. Close to the beach and restaurants. This hotel needs a facelift but for the money it's okay. I would stay again.

The hotel is a friendly and clean hotel and a friendly staff. It has 2 areas, one with practically basic and the other with larger rooms and sea views. A safe place to leave your property, I have just over 10 years of age hosting in this hotel and in the staff I only do to rest and generate security. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
