Great service from checkin to dinner and finally best bacon & eggs roll in Sydney.staff friendly and efficient (esp Lisa) If you have a group or just a few close friends you couldn't find better value. If I was to compare it would be close to stay and play in Hunter Valley.

Not the newest motel but it has been refurbished in some areas, a little worn in others. The wifi was a weak point and rather frustrating. That said the staff were very helpful overall. The room was a decent size, our bed comfortable and the bathroom also a decent size and clean. W would stay again. Very pleasant check-in staff

Location is awesome! Very close to the river and shops and Sunday markets. However, be aware that you must pay for internet if you book online. Call directly and ask for free 1, 3, 5 or 10 hours of internet. Internet is fast, and my wife and I rely on that for our travels. There has been major flooding in Windsor early 2022, so lower levels still require renovations and the nice staff there are working on it the best they can. Great value for money! :)

It's not bad it's at the end of to main street of Windsor where all the shops are. Windsor river is practically next street over with a huge park and plenty of parking

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend away at the Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury to celebrate our anniversary. Beautifully renovated historical hotel surrounded by manicured gardens, with the best buffet breakfast in their lovely Gazebo Restaurant. We stayed in the spacious junior suite with a small balcony which had beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains in the distance. Our room also had all the modern tech with the latest gadgets to fully enjoy our stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a shout out particularly to Paris who gave us excellent local recommendations and was more than happy to answer all our questions. An added bonus was a lovely dessert tray and card for our anniversary that the hotel surprised us with when we came back to our room one evening! Highly recommended.

Great Hotel opens at 10am ...the rooms are small toilet and shower at end of hall. Easy walk to town for breakfast at coffee shop Town shops open 10.30am The pubs are great lots to see and do . The Guys Shop is the best in Australia and New Zealand
