房間衞生間不乾淨，衞生間台板臟兮兮的，馬桶裏麪還有一圈黃色，房間走廊牆紙有的已經剝落，電梯口左右貼麪壞了，房間火警噴水處貼着損壞賠償的字眼令人心情不悦。早餐餐廳門口臟亂差，盆子碗內都是濕答答的水，有的碗外面更是油膩膩的感覺。毛巾一般乾著看着白濕水才有烏光氣，這裡是乾的也是烏烏的。酒店隔音也不是很好。房間電話叫服務不通，去前台喊送衞生紙，等了一晚沒見着人影。幸虧包裏有包餐巾紙。唯一優點是夜晚休息還是比較安靜。熱水也是較大。停車比較方便。

酒店在興城應該算比較高檔的了，室內設施能看出來剛建時應該很不錯，但年頭畢竟不短了，且温泉水對管道腐蝕性較大，衞生間有些設施比較容易出毛病，好在服務非常棒，有問題都能得到及時解決，馬上為顧客更換房間，因入住時間長，多次更換房間也沒有任何不耐煩，這點非常贊！前台大廳有淘氣堡，孩子不至於悶在屋裡，贈送的温泉也很好，池子挺多，每天都新換水，還有小童戲水區，整體來説很滿意！

整體一般，算是舒適型的，不算高檔，設施比較老舊了。提醒注意，要求非本省住宿人員提供48小時內核酸證明，或去本地醫院做核酸檢測，綠碼和接種疫苗也提示讓檢測。

酒店比較舊，旁邊是温泉，停車不方便，車場不小，但是因為温泉的關係，車很多，停車場很混亂，白天有管理員好一點，晚上管理員下班停車更隨意。不管是不是出口都能停滿車。
酒店的後面是爛尾樓，沒什麼風景，因為酒店還接團，早上吃早飯餐廳都快打起來了，沒有管理。酒店最熱情的就是客房打掃衞生的大姐們，會跟你打招呼。

酒店地理位置不錯，離高速很近，離商業區也不遠，出租車5元就到，房間面積大，還有洗浴門票，早餐雖然沒有大酒店樣式多，但炒菜，小炸魚，拌菜都不錯。

一個大寫的服字！作為全行程最貴的酒店，所有設施陳舊也就不説了，你收拾的乾淨點啊，基本上所有的東西都是壞的，淋浴間花灑壞的，馬桶壞的，床頭枱燈壞的，連早餐所有的面試都是冰涼冰涼的，這**是冬天！

相當無語，599在一個縣級市住了一晚上，酒店設施老舊，床墊枕頭還不如如家的好，房間的自來水放出來的全是水管裏的鐵銹渣子，這個價格實在不敢恭維，第二天訂了全季節，比這家便宜200塊錢不説，訂的套房，設施也新，關鍵是更乾淨，去興城泡温泉的，不建議到這家住，可以在當地隨便找個連鎖酒店，去當地的洗浴中心，找那種單間泡温泉。
