Jinglan Holiday Hotel

First of all, I can confirm that this hotel is very good in terms of facilities and services, but it is very lacking in handling crises. The hotel's face and bath water was all yellow when it came out. When I asked the front desk, I was told that it was caused by rain. I was speechless when I heard this explanation. Second, the bedbugs all flew to the bed. We called the front desk. The front desk clerk did not think of how to apologize to the guests first. First, he shied away from responsibility. Finally, he talked about a lot of nonsense.

Nice room, good location

How can a hotel of this quality have the nerve to charge this price for a room! The good reviews on Ctrip are all based on brushes! First, the breakfast was extremely poor. Went there at 8:30 and there was nothing to eat, just leftovers and water to wash the pot (see picture for details). There are no plates either, just disposable paper cups and plates. Second, the bathroom door handle was installed backwards, almost locking me in the bathroom and unable to get out. In short, I advise you to be careful when staying in a hotel. It is better to find a B&B for a few hundred yuan.

The room was very big, it was the best hotel in the entire trip. The hotel breakfast was also rich. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and the service was great.
