Breakfast is limited to one cup of coffee. I asked the staff for more coffee without knowing the situation, but was rudely refused. We came from afar and there were no other guests at the time, so we didn’t understand why we were so stingy about a cup of coffee? So it’s really hard to recommend it to friends.

This is the second time we stay at Chateau. We continue to be satisfied. The location is one of a kind, right beside the beach. The big windows open toward the beach to the east. So you get to see the sunrise if you rise early enough. The interior design is excellent, the Greek style of color giving you a relaxed mood. The beds are very comfortable, even for my wife, who is particularly picky on bed. The hotel is very near Lanyang Museum, a must-see when you come to Yilan. The brick-walled bathtub is tailor-made for this room. You get to bathe in very spacious tub watching the sea. It can't get any more romantic than that. Overall, I am very satisfied and would highly loudly recommend it.
