洗澡水放十分鐘才剛剛温乎，即使那樣也不到四十度，前十分鐘都是涼水。電視上的衞視節目都是馬賽克，聲音也沒法聽。智能關開燈和關開窗簾很有趣。語音讓空調升温時別忘了按加熱模式，否則半夜會凍醒。

完全不滿意。訂了同樣的房間同樣的付款方式，前幾次都沒收按金，這次都已經入住了，後面第二次見面索要按金，幫我當**嗎？為什麼之前的時候不要，現在要？要了為什麼入住的時候不收？第二次見面再找補？前幾次索要感情的時候説下次來送早餐，再來的時候告知不送有問題找領導？我就想問問你們的早餐是金子做的還是銀子做的，我一個人能吃你們多少飯？之前住的時候早餐沒吃過，走的時候要好評笑嘻嘻説下次補，原來你們的承諾都是**啊？別掛着4星的牌子了，真的丟人。
再説説環境，浴缸裏面刷不乾淨有異物，馬桶上有尿漬，毛巾上有不明黃色液體留痕，我聯繫你們的客房經理好好去看看你們的衞生情況，我也不是住了一次了，這一次是綜合體驗最差的一次。

最差的酒店，提意見和沒提一個樣子。
餐廳臟亂，大姐，一張沒有表情的臉。
房間的飲用水雜牌子，你都沒聽過。
一樓大廳冷，一樓沒有咖啡。
誰能告訴我這個酒店有什麼優點嗎？唯一的優點就是隔壁的粥鋪不錯。

週六來鄭州看鳳凰傳奇的演唱會，選了個相對離奧體較近的酒店打車十幾分鍾，沒想到有意外收穫。酒店的衞生很好，房間也很舒適，整體比較新。最印象深刻的是服務，前台的工作人員送了鳳凰傳奇的手繩，上午離店怕我們熱，還送了小電風扇，很是貼心，主動幫助開發票，服務一級棒！

環境：環境挺好的，很好找。
衞生：挺乾淨的，打掃的也很及時。
服務：服務非常的好，前台很熱情。來鄭州是看演唱會的，前台還貼心的給了手環和貼紙~退房的時候還給我拿礦泉水。房間的窗户有些小毛病也會貼心的問
