The staff were all fantastic and very helpful at dealing with our requests, helping us book taxis etc. The room was clean and pleasant with a nice bathroom and shower, the continental breakfast buffet was great and the views from the pool were great. The booking system for the pool meant you had a guaranteed slot but could only use it once a day. It is a shame that it costs so much money to use the beach, particularly paying $50 for two sunbeds when there's only one of you. I would happily stay again if you could use the private beach for free as a guest.

Very beautiful sea view hotel, very new facilities, comfortable bed, good internet speed, bars, restaurants and swimming pool, convenient transportation, many restaurants around, beach outside the hotel, walking distance to yacht dock and shops. There is parking in the hotel, but it costs 20 euros a day.

The location of the hotel is good. Although it doesn't have its own beach, there is a small free public bath across the road with showers. There is a paid bath next to it, renting two chairs and an umbrella, 70 euros a day😱 is too exaggerated, we bought a parasol and a mat for only 35 euros and camped in the public bath. The beach conditions in the nearby town are better, and the price is only 45 Euros a day. Booked a sea view room with a nice view from the large balconies on both sides. The bar on the roof has a good view, 15 euros for a glass of cocktail, but there are free snacks, which is not bad👌

Stayed for one week. Sea view room with balcony - a must! Fantastic breakfast - nothing is too much trouble for the staff. You ask for it and they will most probably be able to make it. Beach club area is fantastic - seaside beds with access to sea as well as two infinity pools. We did not use the spa facilities. Shout out to Francesco one of the porters, he was so helpful - not just with our luggage but with restaurant recommendations as well as local things to do. And always with a lovely smile and cheery hello. Twice daily room service. Huge comfy bed. What’s not to like about this place. We would return.

This hotel was very easy to book online and good value for money. We had a very comfortable family room, with a balcony & sea views and lots of USB sockets for charging phones etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept really well. The car parking was good, and the hotel was in a great location to explore Santa Margherita and catch the boat to Portofino. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english, and the breakfast was a buffet with hot & cold options which was perfect for our needs. Santa Margherita Ligure is bigger than Portofino with lots of restaurants and cafes and a really nice place to stay and explore. We enjoyed Portofino but was glad we stayed at this hotel and resort.

Pleasantly surprised at the beauty and convenience of this 4 star hotel that has been refurbished and is now boasting 5 stars and is part of the Small Luxury Hotel Collection. With the majority of the rooms being seafront you can enjoy a sweeping seafront view from within the room or on your balcony. Considering all the hotel sin Rapallo, if you are looking for the best view, I would recommend this hotel as the views are spectacular from your room, the terrace, the breakfast room, the pool and the Michelin recommended rooftop restaurant Le Cupole which I have no doubt will soon earn a Michelin star. And if a good spa is on your list of musts when vacationing, make sure to visit the spa that offers spa treatments in addition to many spa facilities for your relaxation. Everything Was Perfect!! Two couples stayed for six days in the Carrick in Camogli. We were on a ”roots” trip for my wife and her sister, both with strong family ties in Italy. We had rented a country house that was represented as being wheelchair accessible which was far from the reality. We immediately escaped and found the Carrick which saved this part of the trip. The hotel has been recently renovated and done beautifully. The bathrooms were especially elegant in Carrara marble. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. Amazingly they were able to connect my wife with relatives in the town, The food in the restaurant was first class, including the complementary breakfast, We ate at several good restaurants but, unusually, the hotel restaurant was the best.
