I went there for the Last Post Ceremony (it's free but you still have to book tickets online) and it was quite interesting. The ticket to the ceremony doesn't grant you access to the other parts of the museum but if you have enough time and are interested in Australia's war and conflict history it looked well displayed. The War Memorial is also a great starting point for a hike up to the Mount Ainslie Lookout with a beautiful view over Canberra - especially great during sunset.

Really beautiful building, be sure to walk outside inside the building above, beautiful, but still feel sad because of the war when you see the painting inside

The Australian War Memorial is located on the north side of Lake Griffin. It is a blue-gray dome building built to commemorate the soldiers killed in Australia's war in World War II. [check in January]

It's Canberra, near Canberra Central,. When you walk for 20 minutes, take the bus for about 5 minutes.

The Australian War Memorial is a very large-scale professional exhibition hall displaying Australian wars and military equipment. Australia is one of the most combative countries in the world. He has participated in almost all world wars. So its military equipment and military history is also very brilliant. In the Australian War Memorial, the main display is the scene of the Australian Army New Zealand coalition fighting during World War II. The scene at that time is worth the money to watch.

Canberra Australian War Museum (Australian War Memorial) is Canberra's top attraction. It is located north of Lake Griffin, on a central axis with Parliament Hill and Old Parliament House. It was built after World War II to commemorate the soldiers killed in Australia, and there are memorial halls, memorial halls, screening halls, World War I (ANZAC Battle), World War II and other exhibition rooms. The center of the entrance is the medieval lion gate, the center is the memorial area commemorative Area, the reflection pool, the glory list (Roll of Honour), the flame is not extinguished, the unnamed Australian martyr's tomb, the memorial hall, etc. We arrived by taxi from the shore of Hunan Griffin. Free tickets, buy a War Museum brochure for AUD 5. The memorial service is in place. The staff took the initiative to help call a taxi.
