第一次带队试吃,唯恐自己做得不行,好在商家态度很好,会员也都很善良的包容,不同于以往的一次试吃体验。这家店在楷林IFC的C座,从心怡路顺着金水路往东一直走就能看出,门头虽然不大,只是还是很显眼的,属于是融合式的川菜馆子,名字挺特别的,忘记问一下店家起名的缘由了。可是不得不吐槽下,店主的位置标示实在不是很清楚,加上金水路心怡路在修路,路边都被围挡了,费了半天劲才找到。这里检讨一下,好几个会员打电话说找不到,不分东西南北的我也表述无力,实在惭愧。进来之后店家的装修还是花了心思的,里边的四人台都有隔断,包间也有大有小,整体风格比较商务,也许也是为了附和周边写字楼的需要吧。我们坐的最里边的8人台,里面有整面墙是落地窗,外面就是青草绿树,视野很好。服务挺好的,算是比较训练有素吧,会及时的换碟子和收拾桌子上的垃圾,倒水和上菜什么的也挺小心的,我坐在上菜的位置也并没有感到不清爽。言归正传,说了如此多,对于吃货而言毕竟菜品才是一家餐厅的灵魂。可是作为一个不能吃辣的吃货,评价川菜难免有失偏颇,仅供大家参考。凉菜。夫妻肺片,之所以对这道菜没什么发言权,是因为本人基本不吃内脏。只尝了一块,觉得和普通见到的不太一样,切得比较薄,除了辣味不是很香,本人不是很高兴。棒棒鸡,其实辣味重的菜我吃起来都感觉差不多,这个也不例外,没有很深刻的记忆。蓝莓山药,唯一的甜点,山药泥还是很细腻的,蓝莓酱淋得不是很多,但是我认为这样挺好,不至于太甜腻,本人很开心,不过下面用薯片打底的搭配也是够特别了,薯片都被山药浸软了,完全不搭啊。大拌菜,比较好吃的一道,这家的拌菜里面品种挺丰富的,调味也不错,推荐。卤香猪蹄,本来一份是六个,不过我们八个人,商家很痛快的增加了两个,刚好每人一个。猪蹄的摆盘倒是很精美,属于咸中带甜的口感,可是不得不说冷了的猪蹄真的不如热的美味。渝都凉粉,原谅我对辣的菜实在评价无力,加上个人对凉粉无感,只感觉里面还放了小麻花挺特别的。热菜。一品东坡肉,本人平时的确是不怎么吃肥肉,但是不得不说这家的东坡肉做的确实还不错,肉质很烂,好吃也到位,肥肉入口即化,完全吃不出肥肉的口感。这道菜甜味比较重,吃多了稍微有些腻,最下面搭配的还有笋,也蛮鲜美的,推荐喜欢这口的一定不要错过。超赞自家豆腐,鸡蛋豆腐炸过之后又加高汤煮的,口感比较嫩滑,算是对于辣菜不错的调剂。招牌豆花鱼,奶白色的鱼汤,片好的鱼片,配上柔嫩的豆花,称为招牌真的不为过。总体味道很可口,尤其是豆花融合了鱼的味道,很鲜美。里边的鱼是草鱼,刺略微有些多,换成刺少的鱼就更完美了。辣尚瘾鸭头,看上去就很辣的一道菜,本来不想尝试的,最终还是决定一试,对于我而言果然hold不住,可是还蛮香的,能吃辣的朋友应该会开心。生炒有机花菜,不明白怎么如此普通的一道菜会频繁出现在各大餐厅的菜单里,这家的味道做的还算不错,在众多重口味里算是小清新了吧。麻辣鸭血,鸭血煮的很嫩,中间还能看到红红的颜色,里边的花椒也很给力,不过入味不太到位。毛血旺,看上去很诱人,味道很足,里边的食材也挺丰富的,不过不能吃辣的我无福享用,作为一家川菜馆子这么经典的菜式自然做得也不差。仔姜嫩蛙仔,里边放了很多姜丝,辣味相对众多重口味还算可以接受,选用的牛蛙的确很嫩。主食。酱肉包,个头很可爱,虽然皮略微有些厚,不过焦黄的外皮和偏甜口的内馅还是为它加分不少,满满的肉香。豌杂面,作为不爱吃面条的北方人,稍微尝了下,面属于偏韧的口感,对面条还是无感。饮料。酸梅汤,不得不说,酸梅汤真的是吃辣必备,他家的不是很甜,酸味相对重一点,刚好符合我的口感,。里面应该有加柠檬,本人很高兴。店主很用心,最后还特别送了冰淇淋和果盘,用来解辣棒棒哒。总而言之,他家从环境到菜品的容器摆盘都挺讲究的,味道整体也算不错,比较合适商务宴请,可是作为川菜馆特色不是很鲜明,好在周边餐饮还没发展起来,竞争应该不是很激烈。不过周围修路这点,真的很影响生意,不走到里面根本看不到门头好吗。要想长久生存下去,店家的确要多多花心思了。
