"This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you ❤️ The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand. The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely! The gym is really good, there’s everything you’d find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls! The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel. I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, it’s worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.) "The hotel is okay for a short stay, but we were a bit disappointed with some basics. There were no slippers or toiletries provided, and the heater wasn’t working, which made the room quite uncomfortable, especially at night. The place is decent and the staff were polite, but it really needs better maintenance and amenities to match a 3-star rating."

"The service is great. Able to deposit luggage when there. Upon check in, just need to inform that pre check in is done. The room is big to have 2 big luggage open at the same time. The toilet is having basin and bath/toilet separated. Allowing 2 different ppl to prepare at different times. Cleaning every 3 days. Will be great if there are more shampoo/Conditioner and soap. Cos the bottles are too small for 2 pax for 3 nights. I am too lazy to ask so I use mine and let my partner use theirs."

"Whoever especially in weekday visiting niagara doesnt need to park at their parking lot. Most of them is 50 cad dollar. After leaving the stuff you can park to fallside casino parking lot which is more cheaper and spacy."

"Everyone from the parking lot attendant to the front desk staff were just AWESOME. The room was FANTASTIC as well. The bed was the BEST I have ever slept in. My finance said the same. We wish we could buy that mattress. Thanks for the AWESOME TIME we will be back!!!!!"

The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular city view, and the room was equipped with a smart control system – a simple voice command was all it took to adjust the lighting and curtains. The bedding featured a KingKoil mattress, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. What truly stood out was the butler-style service. The front desk proactively upgraded my room, and the turndown service even included thoughtful warm milk. The afternoon tea pastries in the Executive Lounge were exquisite, and the Happy Hour cocktails were expertly mixed. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with a plethora of dining options in the surrounding commercial area. While it's a bit pricey, it's absolutely worth it for such high-quality facilities and service. I even received a small gift upon check-out, showing genuine attention to detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again!"

"Fantastic location, right overlooking the falls. We booked the king bedroom with falls view and it certainly did not disappoint. We woke up to magnificent views of the fall each morning. Room was very spacious too, lots of space to walk around, lay out your luggage and even comes with a huge sofa area"

"The guy named Terry from the reception was nice, helpful and accommodating. We like the free breakfast. Wifi is strong and AC. The room and washroom were all clean. No bad smell even the bed. The kind housekeeping always clean the room , towels and beddings. I will definitely come back. They didn't charge me for the parking.I had good night sleeps and they gave me the chance to choose a room. Because I have senior citizens with me, the first floor that they gave me was very accessible to us."
