"This is a newly opened hotel, so all the facilities are brand new and very spacious. Not all staff members speak English, but they are all polite and friendly. The room is very large, and the private open-air bath combined with the sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and satisfying. The hotel also offers complimentary late-night ramen and drinks. If I ever get the chance to visit Atami again, I would definitely book this hotel. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service. It takes about a 12-minute walk from Atami Station to the hotel. The hotel only has three shuttle buses to Atami Station each morning, and they don't have space for luggage. When we left, we took a taxi to Atami Castle, which cost about 900 yen."

"Check-in was quick and easy, with two staff members who spoke Chinese, so there were no language barrier issues. When checking in, they proactively asked about our preferred dinner time to avoid long waits due to too many guests dining at once. Since our room didn't have a private bathroom, we used the public male and female onsen baths downstairs, which were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. After dinner, you can reserve the karaoke or mahjong rooms at the front desk in advance and use them at your reserved time. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite delicious."

"The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I barely ran into any staff or other guests during check-in or throughout the hotel, which made it feel very quiet, almost a bit eerie due to the lack of people. I walked to the hotel from the shopping street, and it was a very steep hill. With the rain and my luggage, it was quite a struggle on foot. I'd recommend a taxi if you're not driving. It's very close to the station, so using a ride-sharing app makes getting around super smooth. Apparently, there are bugs in the summer. Personally, I was delighted that there was a ping-pong table. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance!"

"The hotel is very inconvenient, can not travel alone, there is no place to sell things around, every day after playing back can only take a taxi, and want to eat something must be bought in advance to bring back, or have to take a taxi out to take a taxi back. "It is a 10-minute walk to get there. You will need to use the stairs if you are coming from Atami Station. The room is very traditional Japanese. I had some Japanese Sake (Izu Sake) for free. You can get free beer, tea and coffee. The owner was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He helped us wash laundry for free. He also gave us a lift back to Atami Station. I was able to relax in the public bath and have some private time twice. There was a projector that allowed you to watch YouTube and Netflix. I would like to come again."

"The hotel's facilities are really great. I chose a huge tatami room all to myself, though people from my country might not be used to sleeping on tatami. The only downside to the room was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but thankfully there's a door, and closing it helped a lot. Both the room and the restaurant face the sea and the harbor, so the view is absolutely unparalleled. As for the location, it's a bit on the outskirts with no commercial areas nearby; it takes about a 10-minute walk to reach dining and shopping spots. All hotel guests receive a complimentary hot spring ticket. Their hot spring also faces the sea. The infinity hot spring pool is definitely the biggest highlight! The entire hot spring area is very modern and beautifully designed. However, it's spread across 7 floors, and you have to undress upstairs and downstairs, with shoe storage and showering not in the same area, which makes the process a bit confusing and overwhelming."

"The hotel offers an excellent selection of food for both dinner and breakfast. The dining area is spacious and can comfortably accommodate many guests. However, the overall facilities, including the rooms, feel a bit dated. The exception is the large onsen and sauna complex in the basement, which I enjoyed the most."

"This hotel is really close to the station, easily walkable. I wasn't expecting much, just needed a simple overnight stay for the Atami Fireworks Festival, but I was pleasantly surprised! The environment here is exceptionally good, and the hotel feels very new. Plus, it includes breakfast: a coffee and a hot dog or sandwich. The room was listed as 19 square meters, but we could easily open our 28-inch suitcase flat, as the layout is compact and well-designed."

"The room was fantastic, and the private hot spring design was truly unique. The Kaiseki dinner was delicious, and the staff member who provided service in Chinese was very enthusiastic. The hotel is right by the ocean, so you can take a stroll along the coast, enjoying the beautiful sea views and watching the sunrise and sunset. There are also yachts docked nearby. It's within walking distance to Atami's pedestrian street, with a wide variety of restaurants close by. Plus, there's a free shuttle service from Atami Station to the hotel. I really love this hotel and would definitely visit again if I have the chance!"
