The hotel’s location is good and right next to the charming show theater which I highly recommend. The breakfast has lots of options with live cooking stations but not very friendly to vegetarian or if you prefer no pork/beef like me. The staff are friendly and try their best to help, a huge thank you to Tom Dong at the reception for the amazing help and patience, he answered all my questions and was ready to assist. It was fun having a conversation as well and learning from him. The room is very spacious and comfortable as well, the outdoor pool however is basically a kids’ pool (not deep at all, small and always full of children -there is an indoor pool next to it at least but not interesting to use). Would recommend this hotel for sure for location and staff.

The room was fantastic, spacious, and spotless, plus it had a small balcony. The bathtub was incredibly comfortable, and my child had a blast in it! Right across from the hotel is the number one restaurant on Dianping, we ate there twice and it was delicious! The hotel's buffet was also very generous, and they even had freshly made Lanzhou pulled noodles in the morning!

This hotel is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park! The hotel itself is quite large, with a charming pastoral style and a peaceful, elegant environment. From the lobby to the guest rooms, the staff were all incredibly polite and greeted us warmly. They have both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was perfect – we spent our days sightseeing at the park and then relaxed with a swim every evening. It was incredibly comfortable! My family was very satisfied!!!

Zhangjiajie Nabaili Howard Johnson Wulingyuan was a delightful surprise! ✨ There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the hotel handled it perfectly. The room was spacious and clean, and all the facilities were brand new. The location is excellent, very close to the East Gate and Charming Xiangxi. The hotel boasts a fantastic setting right at the foot of the mountains, with a stunning backdrop. The service was excellent, and our room was spacious with good soundproofing. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the hotel's charming little garden. A couple of minor issues: the pillows weren't very comfortable – one was too high and thick, the other too firm.
