The room is well-equipped with all necessary amenities, and the air conditioning provides a comfortable experience. The lobby has a luxurious, high-end feel, and the city views from above are incredibly therapeutic. The location is a definite plus, saving time and effort whether you're hiking or traveling by car. Overall, a perfect experience. The front desk staff, Tomato, provided warm and professional service. Highly recommend a stay here!

Upgraded to a different room type, but the room was still on the smaller side, feeling a bit cramped, I kept bumping my legs. Breakfast was just average. The lobby being on the 20th floor felt inconvenient. The housekeeping staff were all very nice though. The night tour ticket for Zhangjiajie 72 Qilou: Not worth seeing.

The room was very clean overall, the service was excellent, and the breakfast selection was rich. I initially thought it would be noisy, but the soundproofing was great; the performance downstairs didn't disturb my rest at all.

The hotel is newly opened and everything is great. The breakfast at the restaurant is delicious, a good mix of Western and Chinese. The front desk service is very attentive and reliable, highly recommended. You can see the views of Tianmen Mountain directly from the hotel lobby. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here.

The hotel reception is located on the top floor of the 72 Qilou building, and our room was on the 17th floor, which was very comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. When it rained, the front desk proactively messaged us, offering umbrellas. Breakfast was also good. Upon checkout, we simply placed our room card in a box on our floor and left. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it!

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Zhangjiajie 72 Wonders Hotel was fantastic! It's located right above the 72 Wonders, so it was super convenient to go back to the hotel and rest after exploring. The hotel even gave us complimentary tickets to the 72 Wonders. The room was clean, hygienic, and tidy. The hotel facilities were complete, including a laundry room and a gym. The breakfast was also quite varied and delicious. The front desk staff were professional and had an excellent attitude. Hilton's service standards are consistently great, and this hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located right within the 72 Qilou scenic area, and our window offered a direct view of the bonfire square. They provided a complimentary two-person ticket to 72 Qilou, valid for unlimited entry and exit over two days. Breakfast was quite substantial, and getting a taxi was convenient.
