Amazing
GGuest UserOverall, a great hotel and definitely recommend it. The hotel is quite new, the front desk staff are welcoming, and the decor is cozy, making it feel like home. I particularly recommend the breakfast, and the bedding is new and clean; the duvet is very comfortable. The only minor downside is that it's a bit far from public transportation (the subway), about a 15-minute walk. Still, it's okay.
Another nice touch is that the mini-bar in the room offers a few complimentary drinks and snacks. I was in a rush though, so I didn't get to try any of them, which felt a bit like a waste, haha.

MmaykThe supermarket and subway are very close and convenient, and it's not as noisy as the city center. Check-in is on the top floor, where there's a rooftop garden restaurant with an artistic vibe. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. There's a pantry for self-service refills of some supplies, and you need to use a key card to access floors, which adds to the security. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. The only thing to watch out for is the extra-large hanging lamp – if you're not used to it, you might bump your head. Also, you need to climb stairs to get to the bed, so seniors and children should be careful.

TThanthida RungruangsakornI stayed at Locke Copenhagen for 2 nights in a Harbour View room. The view from the higher floor was fantastic.
The hotel is very easy to reach from Copenhagen Central Station. There’s a shortcut via the Tietgensgade route, which is much quicker than the route suggested by Google Maps.
The room was stylish, cozy, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Many amenities and room features are cleverly integrated into the design, so it took me a while to find a few things! 😂
Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
I would happily stay here again.

GGuest UserOverall decent stay. My room was very basic, it had no blackout curtains, no large mirror and a small sink. Otherwise clean and comfortable, with very nice toiletries, as well as good tea.
Plenty of noise from the road, so I wouldn’t really stay here without ear plugs and an eye mask. Slippers were provided on request, the kind of cost cutting you wouldn’t expect when summer prices exceed 200€/night. For international standards, this would be considered a higher end budget stay, but for Copenhagen it’s very solid.
The most disappointing part was that I had a poor interaction with one of the staff members on my last day. I called reception to ask if late check-out was available. I was told I can check out at 1PM for 150dkk. I specifically thought that was quite cheap.
When I went to the reception, they told me I’d actually have to pay 250dkk, not 150dkk. This wasn’t a significant problem, probably just a misunderstanding, plus I wouldn’t make a scene for 100dkk. However, I did tell the staff member that she said it was 150 on the phone and she seemed to be offended and responded very condescendingly. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. Didn’t really expect an apology, maybe she did actually say 250 and I misheard or maybe she said 150 and misspoke, it’s impossible to say for sure. I was just hoping for a less conflictual attitude, as I wasn’t trying to dodge the fee or start an argument.

GGuest UserGreat location, great property with cozy guest area / lounge for relaxing, working on your laptop etc but the access part is not seamless at all. I am a tech freak and like technology but the self-service access and keyless entry system is not seamless, it was frustrating. I saw everyone struggling or contacting their helpdesk with regards to access - None of this would exist if there were physical cards (at least after you enter your room the first time)
pros:
great location, close to Metro, very helpful staff (but they're not always around and the reception was never manned). Price is decent given Copenhagen prices.
cons:
Access to property: The setup is not intuitive, the web-app can log you out which means you need to login again which takes a while - you need to access your phone / their logged in site or web-app every time you need access to your apartment, luggage storage etc - no internet or phone died means no access for a bit (I dont know how it works if it was 1 am)
Studio : the studio is equipped with a stove, and other kitchen stuff but is very crammed, some sockets were unreachable as the bed was crammed in, the bedside socket we had was also not well set up as it ends up under your pillow. The TV was covered by a lamp hanging from the ceiling so it was not the best placement, wish there was AirPlay on the TVs

GGuest UserCame here based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, but I have to say it's more about looks than functionality. The design is really strong, but the actual room functionality for staying here is pretty mediocre. I wouldn't recommend it for business travelers. The room is very dark, only suitable for a leisurely stay. Overall, this hotel feels like it's all style and no substance.

IIga SOverall, we had a good stay. The service was great from the beginning - check-in was smooth, luggage storage was available, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay. There were also some nice extras for members, including wine and champagne hour. The hotel has two restaurants and a bar, and the location is very convenient. You can rent bikes directly from the hotel, and there are also plenty of city bikes just outside. The parking area is massive as well, which is useful if you’re arriving by car.
The standard room was quite small, although that’s not too surprising for Copenhagen, and for a three-day stay it was perfectly manageable. The main downside was the cleanliness. There was a water carafe in the room that you’re supposed to fill yourself, but ours was covered in dust and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The iron and board were also quite dirty and very cheap quality forcing me to iron my dress for 30 min as the dry cleaning service wouldn’t be able to return dress in time.
We also didn’t manage to have our room tidied during the stay. Housekeeping arrived fairly late in the day while we were getting ready to leave for a wedding, so we asked if they could come back later, but unfortunately they never returned.
Despite those issues, we still had a positive experience overall, mainly because of the excellent staff, convenient location and facilities.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit out of the way, requiring about a 20-minute bus ride to the city center.
As for the accommodation, it was my first time staying in a 'camping-style' hostel. Essentially, they make maximum use of a large room, using tents to create smaller, individual spaces. This is supposed to differentiate it from a dormitory with dozens of beds in one big room. However, the actual experience isn't fundamentally different from a hostel with 30-40 beds in a single room. The tents offer no soundproofing, and the beds inside each tent are practically touching.
On the positive side, the washroom facilities are quite good. It's clear they are regularly cleaned, and there are plenty of them.

GGuest UserOverall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe.
However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold.
And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering.
There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk.
If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

GGuest UserVery noisy from the street and the hallway. Doors get stuck on the frame. Which makes a lot of sound.
The shared bathroom: is a toilet + shower (very basic)
The room itself is ok, however there is a complete lack of power outlets to charge devices.
The concept of having everything done digitally with no reception is nice in theory. But in reallity you just get flooded with emails. (Rather annoying)
On a positive note, the hotel was nice to offer me free early check in because they were renovating near the lobby.
