Hampton by Hilton, Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

First time visiting Tianmen Mountain and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton. It's quite popular, a choice for many foreign tourists. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the cable car station. Free ice cream is a nice touch, really appreciated. The staff repeatedly warned about construction noise along the street, which was very thoughtful and considerate.

Today I'm in Zhangjiajie, staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. This hotel is very close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The environment is great and very clean. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient for dining and shopping.

This hotel is super conveniently located right across from the ABC entrance to Tianmen Mountain, and there's a snack street downstairs! The best surprise was dropping off my laundry at 11 PM, and when I opened my door for breakfast the next morning, I found it had already been washed and dried and placed right outside! The front desk offers free popsicles, and the staff are attentive and kind. The room was clean, hygienic, spacious, and tidy, with a separate wet and dry bathroom that was well-stocked with amenities!

The hotel is very close to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, right across the street. It was great for traveling with kids. The room was very clean. We stayed for two nights, and I wanted to do laundry but there was a queue. The staff proactively helped me queue up and wash my clothes. Once they were done, they folded them and put them in a laundry bag, then sent them back to my room. I really appreciate that! Also, the rice noodles for breakfast were delicious~

I had a very pleasant stay, especially thanks to Tian Tian's excellent service. She provided us with exceptional care. The hotel's food was also excellent, and the environment was lovely. Its location directly opposite the Tianmen Mountain cable car company is incredibly convenient and close to many great restaurants. The hotel also offers complimentary laundry and drying services, which was a nice bonus. We were very happy and will definitely return and recommend it to friends. Thank you all for your help!

Five-star review! We brought our three kids to Zhangjiajie and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Tianmen Mountain. The overall experience was incredibly comfortable, and many details showed how thoughtfully the hotel caters to families with children. All table corners in the room were rounded and padded to prevent bumps, so we didn't have to worry about the kids getting hurt while running around and playing – a huge plus. Disposable toilet seat covers were provided, which was very considerate. The desk lamp was highly functional, with independent switches for both front and back, making it very convenient to use. Kids' toothbrushes and slippers were proactively provided, which is perfect for families with young children. The room was well-stocked with mineral water, making it easy to rehydrate after hiking. In the evenings, they even offered comforting red bean porridge. After a day of exploring, returning to the hotel and enjoying a warm bowl of porridge was incredibly thoughtful and warming. The hotel also gave each child a popsicle upon check-in, which delighted them. At checkout, they presented us with small plush fish toys and beautiful, delicate fans – the little gifts were a very nice touch. The laundry service was also excellent. Traveling with kids means a lot of clothes need washing. We just took our laundry downstairs, filled out our room number, and the hotel handled the washing and drying. We could pick them up the next day, saving us the hassle of laundry during our trip. Many services were proactively offered without guests needing to repeatedly ask. The hotel's location is superb, very convenient for getting to the Tianmen Mountain cable car. The rooms are clean and tidy, and service responses are prompt. For families traveling with children to Tianmen Mountain, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Zhangjiajie!

The room location is excellent and convenient, very close to the scenic area, and also great for self-driving. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very professional and friendly, adding a warm touch to our trip. They even promptly confirmed an item we left behind. My parents had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel is super close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car, just across the road. Before checking in, they even called to ask about my sleep quality and offered to upgrade my room since I'm a light sleeper, which was incredibly thoughtful! The breakfast buffet was also very generous, and the bedding in the room was clean.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, within walking distance. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even upgraded my room. The service was attentive and thoughtful.
